Elecbrakes was so simple to install, if you could call it that lol. Super easy to use. I use the app on my phone. So good

Great product and easy to use as described. My only gripe is that the plug and play adapter is bulky and adds length etc, I will be wiring my eb2 cable into my original 12 pin trailer plug. If this was an option when purchasing then the unit could be $150 cheaper?

Fantastic service and prompt delivery. I have fitted the system to my Jayco caravan and set it up with the ap but not yet towed with this system so am unable to comment on efficiency sorry.

I am nearly 70 years old and found it easy to instal the brakes and set it up.

I had a lot questions before I ordered as I had a few special requirements, they were great in getting back to me with detailed information. Delivery was quicker than I expected. And the product is superb ( I got the remote as well, to free up my phone).

The ease of use, ease of setup and great level of adjustment make this the best brake controller I have used. Had both the original and the new version.

So easy to install and I’m very surprised with after sale service tech Call which cleared up any grey area. Recommend this product over installing one directly in the car.

Exactly as advertised. Great system

The brake unit itself is brilliant. Easy to install and very easy to set up. However, the optional expensive remote is another story. There is no mention in the instructions that it does not have a battery (can you think of a remote that doesn't?) and it needs to be plugged into a USB supply to work. Second, there is no mention that the remote will not work unless the phone app is closed down. But you need the app open to enable the remote before shutting the app down. We would not have wasted hours trying to figure things out if these details had been included in the instructions. We eventually had to call the help line. Once you know how to use it, the remote is good to enable changes in braking force "on the go" - for example when changing from a bitumen to gravel road, you need the ability to change the trailer (in our case Horse Float) brake force quickly to stop the wheels locking up on the loose surface. The remote is better to do this quickly than trying to do it through the app.

Elecbrakes were cost effective compared to other set-ups. Super easy to fit and worked very effectively. The service we received and promptness of delivery was exceptional.
