I have ordered from this company in the past and I have always been happy with the products, communication and service.
There was an issue with my recent order but no fault of the company it was a delivery concern but after contacting the company I received my product quickly and everything was resolved.

Zodiac mugs
I love these products, very colourful and functional too.
Unfortunately, my mugs both arrived damaged. ( Very poor internal packaging and no fragile marks on the box so the Royal Mail looked like they threw them about a bit!)
But thanks to the excellent customer service they were replaced and both recipients are very happy with their gifts.

I ordered a set of three storage jars
I ordered a set of three storage jars. Unfortunately one arrived with a broken lid however I reached out to the customer service team and on the same day, was contacted by Dee who quickly dealt with the issue and sent me a replacement jar of the same design that same day. Thank you so much for your help, really pleased with the customer service and the jars are absolutely gorgeous! :)

Lovely items
Recently purchased 2 coffee cups which match my coffee wall art. The items are beautiful and packaging is also lovely for the cups.
Customer service helped me change address via email quickly and resolved my issue.

I was attracted immediately to the beautiful designs and colours of everything from crockery to biscuit tins and even prints and clothes!
Easy to order, arrived when expected, and I am absolutely thrilled with it all! I also had to e mail the team with a query and I was replied to straight away even at the weekend so I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this great company and I will definitely be ordering again!

Two of the items I ordered were broken which was really annoying, I wasn’t sure what to expect customer service wise but it was great. Good contact, I sent a picture of the broken items and the replacement was in the post the next day. No issues. Very impressed.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Dee
The issue I had to raise was incidentally due to Royal Mail interfering with my package - this wasn’t anything that these guys had done.
As my package arrives half opened, a couple of items were missing and one was damaged.
Straight away replacements were ordered and despatched.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more
Prompt, polite and resolved
The items are also lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future

Absolutely beautiful designs, wonderful customer service, great quality.
I have a couple issues ( one with the postal service was at fault) and immediately they corrected the issue.
I did have issues with ordering international at first and the customer service helped me figure out why. They get back to you within a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommend.
