The company purport to be Belgian.
The goods, when they finally arrived in a battered box, were shoddy and had no instructions for assembling ( it was a bird bath).
After relentless phone calls ( messages not answered) and emails, I was finally given a return address in CHINA!!
A refund would not be given until the goods had arrived and the company wanted full tracking and shipping details!!
DO NOT BUY, it is not worth the hassle.

Good experience with Elara London. The ordering process was fairly simple, and my item arrived in good condition. However, delivery took a little longer than expected, so there's some room for improvement.

A really shopping experience from start to finish. My order was processed without any issues and the product matched the description.

Ordered a couple of pieces and both fit really well. The quality is better than I expected for the price. Would happily order again.
