Quick delivery and great products
First time I’ve used Eland Lodge and will definitely use again. Delivery was quick. Bought a PSOS browband, that I was struggling to get elsewhere, and Le Mieux boots and I’m really pleased with them both.

Amazing service - girls could not have been more helpful in store - walked in thinking that I wouldn’t get a pair of dubarrys or le chemeaus to fit my calves and walked out with a pair of both after lots of patience and kind words!

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we’ve taken a look into your feedback to see what has happened in this case. As this was the case our team promptly contacted you and issued a full refund for the item as we were unable to fulfil the order. Our customer service representative will be contacting you privately to see if there is anything else we can do to help.
