Eland Lodge Omdömen

From their organisation at show to their customer service in the shop they have been spot on. Super friendly, helpful people who genuinely care. You have a fab team who make their customers truly feel valued. Plus, it’s very rare to have a company reply to emails, phone calls, you name it super quickly. Eland Lodge are just absolutely fab overall. My new favourite place to compete at by far!! Thankyou all for you’re help ☺️

I wanted to leave a review of the eland lodge adult camps, as I so strongly recommend them! I have been two years in a row and have booked for next year already. I can honestly say that for me this has been the best horse camp / holiday trip, having tried other popular locations / camps.
I can’t praise them enough. The team are personable and truly make you feel at home, they want to help and they want you to have a great time, they are much superior to other camps in regards to how welcoming and atmospheric they are.
The toilet and shower facilities are great (as someone who isn’t a natural born camper!).
The food is exceptional; again far better than other camps.
Evening entertainment, workshops, add on’s are fantastic.
The stables and positioning of muckheap water hay etc are all well thought out.
Grazing space and grass is also excellent.
Now the best bit; the riding! I can honestly say eland lodge have the BEST bunch of instructors you could wish for. They are passionate and keen to help you as an individual, not just go through a standard lesson type plan. They are compassionate, encouraging, and confidence instilling, as well as up for some good fun!
The value for money in terms of the riding is brilliant, you get much more out of the camp with the addition of the practice one day event; which is so worth doing it’s such a good experience.
For me this is one of the highlights of the year. Thank you all for the effort and continued dedication!

Absolutely amazing customer service from Stephanie. I had wanted a pair of jodphurs that were out of stock both from the stockist and on Eland Lodge. They called up the stockist and managed to track down a pair in my size from the trade stand and sent them out to me on the same day - couldn't ask for more!
