Great selection, good prices, fast shipping and exceptional customer service. The fulfillment centre missed an item from my order, I emailed customer support and they refunded the missed item immediately. The company I used to order from didn't respond to concerns for over a week then pitched me off to Route insurance, so I'm so happy with eJuice for caring about the customer experience!

I ordered several items and they were promptly shipped but a free promotional item was missing. I used the chat bubble on the bottom of the page and in less than 5 min I had tracking info on the item. Great and prompt customer service. ON 4/23, I received my order for 6 SKYBAR Bold Vapes - Mint. However, they were different flavors and one was a different brand. I reached out to EJUICEDB and Alejandra responded quickly and apologize. After investigating, she found that the mint was unavailable. Instead of letting me know they were out, they just sent different ones, which we all know is not right. In any event, Alejandra let the higher ups aware and gave me a full refund. Also, I do not have to return the wrong vapes, which is great. I will let me friends try them out and maybe they will like them and EJUICEDB will have new customers.
Alejandra is an exceptional customer service representative and goes above and beyond. In the years I have been ordering, she has been great everytime.

The site not only is glitchy but there is wrong information. On the product pages it says shipping is 9.99 but when you go to check out it says 11.99. I contacted them and said they will inform the team. When i asked about a code or something to reflect the posted price discrepency they told me to join the loyalty program so I can earn points for coupons

Customer service and communication is very good!

It cost 11.99 to have something shipped. First, the thing I wanted the most was deleted because it was out of stock and the rest of it was shipped in two separate orders. I got one and I didn't care for it but I had never tried it before. And I waited a while for the next shipment and when I went into FedEx I see where it was sitting in Orlando for a week. I called FedEx they said I would have to put a claim in through e-juice DB. I sent an email because there's no way to contact the company by phone and the next day I got an email back saying I needed to put a claim in through the route application. Even though it had been a week I was not allowed to put the claim in that day. I waited a couple days and went back in and long behold they found my package and it was going to get delivered now. I spent all this money and I had to do all the work to locate it and get it moving. And I didn't end up with the product I wanted the most. Not happy
