I love Brewed Awakenings, but didn't know the company might use slightly different names for the same product. I thought I was sent the wrong item. Missy was very patient and explained it to me- this was after I sent three emails. eJuiceDB not only has the fastest delivery, but their customer service is excellent. This is a company I will stay with.

Do not buy from here I purchased several really great vapes but one of them called a side piece orgasm flavor. Vape was absolutely horrible. It tasted like literally apple cider vinegar or smoking toxic air but when I wrote in to tell the company about it, they have spent days deliberating and doing nothing about it wouldn’t even just send me a simple credit for the store or anything. I would’ve been better off burning my money because at least burning the money would’ve provided warmth. Don’t buy here go to huffand puffers.com where they treat you like you’re actually a customer that matters

They scammed me money cutted off and order not confirmed! And when writing to support they don’t answering. Also have pictures :)

I ordered 62 dollars worth of vapes that was delivered to the wrong address the proof of delivery photos clearly show two different houses from the orders that I made two days apart. I never got what I already paid for and never found where they actually delivered it to

I was sent an email for a 10% discount. When I used it, it was denied because it was already used LAST YEAR. After several emails back and forth (most were canned responses) I got the run-around after being a regular customer for 3+ years. The qualification for 'free shipping' has changed to an amount that is not suitable or fitting for repeat customers (order of $80+). I used to be very pleased with this site but it has changed. Customer satisfaction/loyalty does not seem to have the consideration it once did.

Extremely responsive customer service! I appreciated how promptly they resolved an error in delivering an incorrect product. I was refunded within an hour of bringing it to their attention.

Had a minor mishap with my delivery (incorrect coils sent) Evelyn replied to my email almost immediately, asked what happened and was very apologetic and friendly. She was able to get my issue resolved in less than 24 hours and my correct product is on the way.

I have ordered from ejuiceDB for many years, and they have always been a reliable source for my vaping needs. They have a great selection, fast, accurate shipping, and on the rare occasion I have issues the customer service has been quick to respond with helpful professionalism. Most recently I made a mistake while placing an order, and when I reached out to customer service Missy replied in a very short time and was able to help change my order to what I requested.

This website is really good! they are partners with mighty vapors so thats how you know they are legit :) they accidentally sent me one menthol juice, i let them know and they fixed it! really good/fast customer service! i got all my stuff 2-3 days after i ordered! quick and great! i was worried because one day it was going to be 106 degrees outside but my juice was fine! they do a good job packaging as well! ejuicedb for the win :)
