Only thing is when they verify your…

Only thing is when they verify your age, I wish you didn’t have to be home to sign. Had an issue with my post office (not companies fault) and I almost didn’t get my order. I feel if you’re using an age verification system, you shouldn’t need to be home to sign. Love the product though!

I’ve been ordering these coils from you…

I’ve been ordering these coils from you for years now. Lately, right out of the packages , I have begun finding that so far 3 coils recently have been bad (showing a “short” on my device. At the total cost of these coils, obviously to have to throw one or more in the trash is very disturbing.

Thank you for reaching out — and we completely understand how frustrating it is to open a brand-new pack of coils and discover that some are defective. You should never have to throw away new coils.
We will help you with this issue.

It appears you are experiencing a recurring issue with defective Geekvape B Series coils showing a "short" error, possibly due to a manufacturing defect. This is a common safety feature on mods designed to prevent damage when a short circuit is detected. Before assuming the coils are all defective, ensure the problem isn't related to the device or installation:

1. Please unscrew and reattach the coil and tank to ensure all connections are secure and not cross-threaded. Overtightening can sometimes cause issues, so aim for a firm, but gentle fit.

2. E-liquid residue or dirt can interfere with the electrical connection. Please detach the tank and use a cotton swab (perhaps with a small amount of rubbing alcohol) to clean the 510 connector on both the mod and the base of the tank. Please ensure they are dry before reassembly.

3. Please inspect the new coils for any visible signs of damage or bent parts before installation. A bent coil can touch unintended parts of the casing and cause a short.

4. Since you have a 5-pack, if you test a fourth coil and it works, it confirms the previous three were indeed the problem. If all coils from the new batch fail, the issue may be with the batch's quality control, or potentially your device's 510 connection.

5. Please ensure your mod's wattage is set within the recommended range for the specific B Series coil you are using, as using incorrect settings can sometimes lead to performance issues or errors. Aegis Boost B-Series Coil 0.2ohm, rated for 40-50W.

If the problem persists after you try these steps, the product may be defective. Although the order has expired our 72-hour warranty, in order to express our goodwill, we are still happy to provide you with an exclusive gift card or coupon as compensation.
