Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly understand your disappointment.

The adult signature fee is not something we add manually, nor something we can remove at checkout. It is a legal requirement from the carrier for all vape-related shipments, even if the product itself does not contain nicotine (for example, devices, pods, coils, etc.). Carriers must confirm that the package is delivered to someone 21+ to comply with federal and state regulations.

Sometimes the delivery driver does not collect a signature, and we agree that this can be frustrating. However, the fee is still charged to us by the carrier, even if the driver fails to follow the procedure, which is unfortunately out of our control.

Regarding pricing, we understand — costs from brands and carriers have increased across the industry. We always try to keep our prices as competitive as possible, and we continue to offer:
