Edward Hands & Lewis LTD Omdömen

Beenita and her team were really great with our house purchase. She kept us informed at all stages and explained the process clearly to us.

We were able to complete our purchase in good time even though the local authority were delayed with searches.

Great service from Jamie and the team organising the wills and power of attorney for our elderly parents.

Heather and team were courteous, punctual and pragmatic, leading us through what tuned out to be a tortuous process to get us over the line. We would happily recommend their reliable service.

Liz Collins is amazing. Absolute credit to the company, wish I could steal her to work for me.
The whole process of moving house has been handled brilliantly by the whole team.
We had some challenges to navigate and all handled perfectly.
You really couldn’t ask for more.
Will always use them for anything legal I need now.

Jodie, Liz and Heather were all very helpful and extremely efficient. We would highly recommend this firm and will definitely use them again.

Beenita and the team at EHL have been absolutely amazing. We started the house purchase process 9 months ago and the first chain broke down which was incredibly stressful. Beenita was calm, really responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole time making us feel much better. We eventually found another house and Beenita helped us complete in less than 3 months, just in time for my son starting his new school. Highly recommended EHL and the team.

My uncles just passed away and I was told I was the executor of his will, I called up the hucknall branch yesterday to enquire about the will... I was called back a few hours later and told that they are no longer dealing with the will as it was taken back from them in 2023.... so today I spoke to the solicitors again just to enquire about it again...

I was called back by the same woman I had spoken to yesterday for her to be rude towards me stating I am not the executor, her attitude was appalling towards me, she wouldn't let me speak, always spoke over me... she was extremely rude.. and when I asked to speak to the manager she put the phone down on me.. I tried calling back a few times but they wouldn't answer, I had to contact your bulwell branch who apologised for what i just had to deal with and they gave me this email.so I could forward my complaint.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication was brilliant throughout which i find is rare and Liz Collins, Jodie Bruce and the team were absolutely superb. My house move wasn't straight forward but i felt in safe hands throughout and overall i am really pleased with the service I received. Would definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends.
I couldn’t be more impressed so Liz, Jodie thankyou so much for your hard work and for making my new home possible.

From start to finish, Heather Arme and the team at Edward Hands & Lewis were absolutely fantastic! Excellent communication throughout and we felt we were in really good hands. We would really recommend these solicitors and would use them again in the future. Thank you all.

Great service from start to finish. Purchased a property and used this company as recommended - and they were really efficient, great communication and it went through quickly and smoothly. Would definitely recommend, and use again!

Thanks to Elizabeth and her team for doing what was necessary to sell our house quickly and efficiently. Always at the end of an email/phone when needed and made the whole process stress free. Much appreciated
Kathy and David 🙂

I have recently used Sheltons Bulwell, Heather and Jodie were fantastic and got my sale through within a great timescale.

This is the second time I've used Sheltons Solicitors, and once again, the service has been absolutely first class. I primarily dealt with Heather Arme, who was brilliant throughout, and also had contact with Keeley – both were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

The sale of my property and the purchase of my new one were handled seamlessly. It was clear from the outset that the team at Sheltons are highly organised, proactive, and friendly. They consistently kept me informed and were quick to respond to any queries. Their professionalism really stood out, especially when compared to other solicitors in the chain who were often slow to respond and struggled to provide key documents on time.

A big thank you to Heather, Keeley, and the whole team – I truly appreciate your hard work and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Jodie Bruce was very good at keeping me informed and up to date with the proceedings of the sale of my house and the buying of my flat. Very professional and Liz Collins and the rest of staff at Shelton solicitors id like to say w well done and thank you.
A happy Ms Beverley Furr

Sheltons Solicitors were really handy in helping me navigate through the hitches of getting our new home. Heather and more prominently, Jodie were very professional in carrying out their duties and I will recommend them. Jodie was in the forefront of making sure we get the best deal available.

We have recently updated our wills at Sheltons. It was not entirely straightforward and we have a large estate. Nicole Palmer listened carefully and explained everything throughly step by step. We were impressed by her professionalism and will certainly use Sheltons again

From start to finish of buying and selling my properties. I received an excellent transparent service. All of the staff went above and beyond in order for me to complete on time. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy and sell their property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better legal team. Very efficient, they came back to me quickly with any query. Aimee and Rebecca were both excellent. Would certainly use again.

Thorough, no rushing, proffesional and very pleasant.
Harriet & Donna helped us complete our wills which were not simple.
So grateful Sheltons have covered all of our legal work for the last 30 years and have always. A consistent, reliable, very professional and always most friendly and helpful
