Waited quite a while and heard nothing, I did eventually have an email advising me of imminent delivery. It was a relief when it came. Lovely bag but smaller than I was expecting.

Very cheap looking and feels cheap. So bad I cannot use it. I paid $85AUD which is a lot of money for what I got. I would expect to pay no more than $10 if I was at a market in China. Also cannot email you as the message bounced back. I would like a refund please ? (Order number EG41108
