Professional throughout and great customer service
I bought a refurbished Galaxy S25 Ultra (512GB, Grade A) from eFurbished, paid via Klarna. At the time they had no reviews online yet, so I took a bit of a leap of faith on the purchase.
They were professional all the way through. I emailed customer service beforehand with questions about battery health and warranty terms, and Tony replied quickly with clear, direct answers, confirmed the battery health would be checked before dispatch, and that the 12-month warranty and 30-day returns would run from the delivery date.
The phone arrived and passed every check: screen, touch, speakers, cameras, S-Pen, sensors, and battery health were all in genuinely good condition, exactly as described.
Honest communication throughout and the phone itself checked out completely. I'd recommend them.

Amazing price for the tablet
Amazing price for the tablet, I expected it to have scratches etc and signs of use, however it was brand new! Battery hasn't had a single cycle!! Would totally recommend and would defo shop here again! Thank you
