Our full time tour guide was exceptional. She was always available and very helpful with any of our concerns.

My teen enjoyed the trip, but the pre-selected meals were poor quality and not good. Swiss Chalet and the taco place was no good. I'm guessing the cheapest possible meals were selected. The hotels sounds like a star dives. The travel route was terrible! Back tracking and a night flight, I guess you go with the cheapest option. Lots of wasted time with travels. Well not get a hotel where you'll be siteseeing. It sounds like the travelled over an hour to the suburbs for cheap hotel with a location that does not make sense. Not impressed by EF. We paid a lot of money for EF to benefit from.

Chad Laroche is the BEST tour consultant! He worked extremely hard to make this tour and all our previous tours a great success. Dave and I appreciate his continued support and kindness! We continue to travel with EF because of people like Chad!

Our guide while on tour Isabella is always so professional, prepared and works well with teenagers. I've travelled a great deal with EF and know that Isa is by far the best guide for our group! Isa always goes above and beyond our expectations! Students and chaperones adore Isa, she is part of the Glace Bay High School community!

The entire tour with EF ran smoothly and the students and parents in our little town of Glace Bay, N.S can't stop talking about the amazing trip their children had. We can't wait to go again next year.

My daughter enjoyed every minute of her trip, the tour guides were amazing and helped with everything they needed

We had a wonderful tour director who engaged with the students and really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. Our bus driver was also beyond friendly. The tour allowed quite a bit of free time which the students and chaperones liked because it gave them time to explore each city/town

We were so happy with our tour guide Beau. He worked with us to create the best custom trip.

Something that could be better is ensuring that the tipping expectation is in line with the country we go to. Tips should not be on top of the already expensive trip. EF should build that in to their price if they expect travelers to tip.

Everything was great

Absolutely fantastic trip! The itinerary was incredible; we saw so much during out Italy trip. Chad, our trip organizer, was always available to answer questions. Our tour director Lavinia connected with our students and made everyone feel special.

Shanika- Shanika the tour guide, hands down made everyone’s trip. Her and the bus driver, Steve, made the biggest impact on the kids. Everything was so well organized and even with some unexpected hiccups, the transition was seamless like nothing even happened. Shanika went above and beyond for every student there, her knowledge was immaculate, and she was there for all the right reasons- the kids! The tours were all very well planned out and fit into the schedule perfect, especially with me being an addition to the trip but not part of EF tours, so it was easy for me to follow in my car and get to the locations to join the group. The ONLY thing i would say could use some extra attention (which is not truly in the tour companies control as it seems to be a trend everywhere these days) is better hotels for less money. 2 of the hotels were quite low end yet we paid very luxury prices for. Having said that- thats common these days with all hotels in general, so not something the tour company really has control over as they just want to supply the best bang for your buck and kids dont need luxury especially when only sleeping there with all the tour and site seeing scheduling. All in all- EF tours did great and took pride in keeping the kids safe and well educated.

My Daughter had a fantastic time on her school trip to Scotland and England.As A mother I was impressed with all the info she had and felt at ease letting her go.Great Job EF tours.I also look forward to going to France with E.F tours in August.

Bus drivers were great.
Hotels were good, Europa in Greece was awesome.
Food in Greece was great, at both hotels and Greek night at the restaurant was a fantastic experiece.
Hotel between Naples are Rome was Great, breakfasts missed the mark.
The only downside was that the washroom on the bus was either not working or closed for the entire trip which provided challenges for some. That was a frustrating.

We got to the airport in Athens 3hr & 20 mins early and barely made it through to boarding, tons of lines and waits, not sure if that was an Athens issue or due to changes across the EU, but the suggestion is if this a an ongoing issue in Athens or the EU ..... arrive at the airport earlier.
Overall, great trip and every employee connected to EF to staff at hotels were terriffic.

Amazing guide and driver, tour of Ireland and an overall amazing experience.

My daughter recently went on an EF Tour to New York City. She said the tour guide was amazing, everything ran smoothly and they were able to visit many important places such as the United Nations and the 9/11 Memorial.

Lot of waste of time in travelling. Should have booked hotel nearby rather than travelling.

The places we went and the people on the trip were all amazing!!

The experience for my son was amazing! He has never travelled before. This was his first time out of country and first time on a plane.
He had such a good time in Italy he didn’t want to come home. Thank you so much for giving him an amazing opportunity and experience!

EF went above and beyond to help make our experience unforgettable. Everything about our tour was wonderful, from the food, to the hotels, to the amazing activities we did every day. One day, my students decided they wanted to visit a museum that was not on our itinerary. Within an hour, EF and our tour director had booked the museum and made all the arrangements to get there. EF truly does everything in their power to make their tours magical for everyone involved.

We had a great experience with Tyler through EF tours. We toured Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto May 13-20, 2026. Would definitely recommend to those who have the opportunity in the future! Highlights were: waterfalls, cobble streets, street dance, glow in the dark golf, train tunnel, the big apple, basilica’s, and then endless laughs.
