The tour guides and EF staff were friendly
The accommodations were often not prepared for them, and the staff at the accommodations were rude regularly.
The overall organization came off, disorganized and dysfunctional to her.
The overall cost of the trip was not quoted properly up front (tip expectations and some planning pieces).
I travelled with EF when I was in grade 12, it was a horrible experience and we gave it a second try with Eva.
I hope the school finds a new tour Group by the time my youngest hits grade 12.

My son is just back from his school…
My son is just back from his school trip to Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland and had the time of his life!!! He loved every minute of it. I know when my children are one of your tours my worries are much less as these trips are well planned out. He is looking forward to his next EF trip when the time comes!

Excellent time in Germany, Italy and Switzerland
Besides the odd little thing (eg. too much free time here and there), everything was excellent! I’ve never stayed in such nice accommodations for a school trip. The people, places, excursions, and food were all excellent!

Central Europe Tour
We had cancelled flights going and coming. We were rebooked fairly quickly going through EF and airlines. The hotels we stayed at were fantastic! I do recommended more hotels like this as they are more spacious for students sharing. The breakfasts were amazing. EF were in constant contact when needed. While local cuisine is part of the education, more options for dinner menu would be ideal for choice.

The hotels were a lot better than our first two trips, however the local guides were awful. I dislike that the students have to give so much tip money and they were not worth it at all.

Everything about our tour went…without a hitch.
From the EF staff to the food and everything in between, I loved my EF Tours trip to Greece! Our Tour Director, Olga, was not only fun and interesting she was very well versed in Greek life and culture. Olga was professional and sweet, with an easy smile and so very patient with our students. Our bus driver, Niko was very patient with us and so accommodating. We all loved Olga and Niko because we knew we were safe with them.
All of our local tour guides were excellent and so entertaining and knowledgeable. The archeological sites that we visited were well timed (10am when it's not too hot) and were must-see locations! I can't even name the "best part" because each new day outdid the last. Thank you EF for Delphi and Olympia and the Islands.
Our hotels got better every single day.
The restaurants that EF chose for us were amazing. Very delicious and friendly and helpful staff.
I recommend that EVERYONE must see Greece with EF Tours. I'm already planning my next trip!

Excellent tour and EF made it worry…
Excellent tour and EF made it worry free for me. It was a great trip for my son and I knew that if he needed anything, EF would be there to help. The tour guides were amazing and so were the chaperones that went too. The excursions were a balance of learning for the kids with a fun experience

Amazing!!
Amazing!!! Only issue was coming off a red eye and being dropped in the middle of Rome in 45 degree heat. That was terrible but everything else was amazing!!!
