We were able to arrange care for my grandmother very quickly and Edyn Care made ithe whole process very straightforward. Their portal is useful and straightforward and the staff very helpful. William (Gran's carer) is amazing. So patient and kind in sometimes very trying situations. He really went above and beyond communicating with all the grandchildren and writing detailed care notes every day. He was so helpful to have problem solving issues with the house and real peace of mind to have him there.

After being forced into commencing with Edyn Care before the planned date, the team "stepped up" and went above and beyond to ensure that my dad was safe and not left without any care.

Neither my dad, or I can speak highly enough about the new care being provided and our only regret is that we didn't make the change sooner.

We used Edyn Care for over four years as live in carers for my mum and dad, the communication and organisation from the head office was always good and the staff put themselves out to provide great support, the carers themselves were excellent and in particular we had the same one for over two years apart from when she was on her breaks of course, my dad had dementia and then further complications with his health due to advancing years, my mum had a dementia diagnosis much later but was a type two diabetic and also with other health complications, the carers had to be careful to maintain a high standard of care within this situation, and this they did do with a high level of competence and also compassion and being very conscientious in the essential daily tasks such as bathing/showering and application of cream etc, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the home and daily provision of meals with special consideration of diet and food consistency. Overall we feel we were extremely well served by Edyn Care.

The regular reviews allow for a detailed update of changes with a particular focus on the agreed Care Plan. It also gives an opportunity to express thanks for the work of the carer which we have always found to be excellent.

So far Edyn has excelled in supporting us in everything from finding very good carers to ensuring safety in every aspect of caring. With Edyn it seems a “Caring” relationship.

Edyn Care have provided our family with peace of mind, happiness for my mum and fantastic service. This is the best company I have used in four years of trying live in care. I have been really impressed with Edyn Care. Andrew, our care co-ordinator is super friendly but also professional and highly effective at dealing with any queries or requests.
The carers have been amazing, in particular Sonja and Sally, who have worked tirelessly to support and improve my mum’s complex mental and physical health issues. Edyn Care have been caring for my father (97 in 2 weeks) for nearly 3 years, with excellent carers, who really go out of their way to make him comfortable, very well fed and happy. He is in a wheelchair, but they make sure he is as independent as possible. We've had very good regular communication with the managing team, and if anything occurs which needs attention, it is dealt with promptly and effectively. They have always ensured we have the live in carers we need. Thank you Edyn Care for such excellent care!

I can’t really fault Edyn Care. Their communication, support and response to questions or requests has been great. They were very thorough, kind and patient when they assessed my step mum. The live-in carer they provided has been amazing and their continued support of both us and the carer is greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a live-in carer for their loved one.

I was very apprehensive about live in home care for my dad, as his dementia is now quite advanced. I was worried about the pressure. It would put on my mum too.. After I had a long chat with Daniel, and a FaceTime meeting with Oliver and my mum, my mind was put at rest.
I met with three potential carers on zoom. I have to say, it was a hard choice. They were all lovely. I have been impressed from the very beginning with the way that the team work together, the contact I’ve had and how personable they all are. They have all had a hand in making this process very straightforward and without stress enabling my dad a to be home with my mum and a wonderful carer within one week. They have checked in with me twice in the last week to make sure that we are happy with everything. So far, we certainly are. Can confidently recommend!!

Very professional company always checking in on the family and keep a good check on the carers

We used Edyn Care for dad's live in care between November 2022 and June 2023 - they were very professional, very helpful and had good customer support, thanks to Tilda, Orianne, Issop, Diana and Angela for your help. On the caring front thanks to Warren, Susan and Mercy who were dad's main live in carers.

There will always be issues and problems when providing this complex service for a loved one, it is better in our opinion to get live in care through a company who will help you sort any issues rather than an introduction agency that isn't there when the issues arise. Well done Edyn and thanks for all you did for our dad.

Edyncare looked after Mum when she was 90 until she was 95. The carers all did their best with her and gave excellent attention to details. Several of them became fond of her and she of them. They were helpful to us as a family and always welcomed our visits.
The agency were always on the end of the phone and were prompt, courteous, and efficient dealing with our queries. They have a clever website that encouraged us to monitor how things were going.

Edyn Care have provided a really great team of experienced live-in carers over the last 2 years. Their office team have managed the whole process very effectively, and ensure a continuous and consistent level of care. We are very grateful that Edyn Care has made it possible for my Dad to carry on living at home.
