I appear to have made a mistake on attempting to activate some software-the customer service team resolved it quickly - without fuss and enabled the download to be completed. Great service Thanks to Sarah.

Found my purchase from EDSX represented great value and subsequently discovered their customer service was very efficient and friendly. Big shout out to Sarah whose prompt advice was invaluable.

What amazing Customer Service! I purchased through Wowcher, and made a silly error from which I ended up purchasing the wrong product. EDSX were so helpful and offered me either a large discount off the correct product or a full refund. Best of all was the kind understanding I received from both Sarah and Michael, who both assured me that my mistake was not unusual and that their prime interest was in me getting the correct item. They even took the trouble to contact me by phone to assure me that they would sort it all out at their end. Customer service like theirs is rare these days, and I will certainly use them in future, trying not to make the same silly mistake as this time.

Great service really helped out when I was stuck

I purchased a voucher via Wowcher on 14/04/2026 for Perplexity AI, to be registered to my email address.

I submitted the redemption form successfully and received on-screen confirmation that my submission had been received and would be processed within the stated 5–7 day timeframe. However, I never received any activation details or further response.

I then repeated the process, but still received no response. I contacted EDSX by email and via their own website chat but did not receive any reply. I then created an account with them and opened a "ticket" with them, but again, received no response whatsoever.

Avoid as obviously a scam.

I was not entirely confident when I purchased perplexity 12m via Wowcher because I didn't receive my code within the window. When I emailed, I got a response that I need to activate the offer by chat. Honestly I thought it was a scam. But to my surprise, the agent was super friendly,and told me that the offer was expired but they will honour it. Later, I had some issues and they fixed it without any fuss.
Both time, I had a great response, amazing and very friendly service.

Account issues with one of the products purchased through edsX was resolved within minutes, even though it was not edsX's fault. I used the chat and talked to a human, Isabella, who was polite, respectful and very knowledgable about the software company in question, explaining in full the reason behind the issue I had. As a senior with 40+ years in the software industry, I know how tricky some issues can be, but edsX went beyond what most would do, and this is above the norm from my experience. Top marks for excellent Customer Service and a thank you to Isabella.

I bought a Perplexity Pro voucher from wowcher, the redemption info wasnt accurate, you were instructed to fill out a form but two weeks later, nothing happened. I emailed the company and they asked me to use the online chat. This was instantly resolved by Isabella who guided me step by step until I hd my subscription working. Thank you!

Excellent support for perplexity AI Wowcher offer than did not come though on email.

Bought a code off Wowcher and managed to incorrectly redeem it, Isabella from customer service chat helped me massively and managed to provide another code to get it up and running for me! Service is a bit fiddly as I had to use a VPN for the code to work but I appreciate that is why it was heavily discounted.

Isabella has been very helpful leading me the subscription process for my purchase. Excellent Service!

Bought a Perplexity AI subscription through Woucher. Redeemed with EDSX within the time limit but heard nothing from Perplexity. Had to email EDSX a couple of times to gain access to the online chat. Isabella helped me activate my subscription. A daunting process but she steered me through it. Top marks for Isabella but EDSX should not make this so complicated.

The app was a little confusing and I bought the voucher twice.
Then I had to redeem it. Which was a faff but I got there in the end. What I will say is the customer service is absolutely brilliant.

Customer service was excellent. Had a problem redeeming a voucher from Wowcher, but Noah was really helpful and sorted everything out, staying on chat until we were completely sorted.

Had a call with Isobella this morning as I was having trouble redeeming a Wowcher voucher for Perplexity, Isobella explained the process clearly and was so patient with me while I fumbled around trying to work it all out ! well done @edsx I am very grateful I could not have done this alone. !!!! 5 stars
