Good Customer Service

I understand that, associated with my purchase of their software keys, EDS experienced some technical issues which were externally imposed. EDS provided a very good explanation of the difficulties and a satisfactory route for resolution. I commend their good customer service and would be most happy to transact with EDS at some future opportunity.

An excellent company to deal with!

I have already left one positive review for this company, but I want to leave another.
Yesterday, Sunday, I had a problem. I contacted edsCDkeys by e-mail and within an hour or so - on Sunday! - I received a reply. I was given clear, straightforward instructions on how to fix the problem. I followed the instructions, and voila! Problem sorted. The person I dealt with was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy from this company again and, based on my dealings with them, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Superb Service

Just bought a key for Windows 10 through Groupon. Communication with edsCDKeys was superb.
There was a small problem which they resolved very quickly and with no fuss. Everything working fine. Price was excellent.
Would highly recommend.

A great service

A great service. They key came within a few hours and although I had some issues (my mistake) the sales team and support were fantastic. They talked me through the process and I was quickly up and running. Would not hesitate to buy again from this company.

Microsoft Office 2019

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Pro Plus 2019 package on Groupon as provided by EDS CD Keys at an excellent reduced price. I was very impressed by this company. The product key details were sent to me very quickly after registering the Groupon voucher code which was followed by a detailed email outlining the process how to download and activate the package on Microsoft website. I also took advantage of the Company's offer to assist with redeeming the confirmation code to complete the download. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Straightforward and Prompt

Purchase and download of this Office software was very straightforward and promptly dealt with. Verification and authorisation with Microsoft was very longwinded with the long strings of numbers, but the instructions from EDS CD Keys were very clear leading to first time success. All up and running and good value.

Amazing really

Amazing really, cheap but well worth it will definitely use them again and again. Cant promote them enough. Great customer service and service in general. Had no problem activating the key or the product. Well worth it.

Worth buying at a Great Price

I needed Excel and this product was a great price for me. Whole process from buying to installing and working took couple hours and the responses from edsCDKeys made everything so much easier. Well done to them

Microsoft Office - difficult purchase

Bought Microsoft Office via these on Groupon. Nightmare sale; cancelled because they didn't want Groupon selling at this price??? Approx 20 emails back and forth they finally agreed to sell to me at the Groupon price, had to pay again through BACS, no card option. When the goods arrived (code to load) OK but weeks and time and hassle and then setting up bank payments not good!!

We were able to resolve the pricing error acknowledged by Groupon as their error and honour the price, even though it resulted in a massive financial loss for us.

I have investigated this issue thoroughly. Sarah from our Sales team promptly informed you about Groupon's acknowledged pricing error of listing an inaccurate discounted price, which was over 86% off the regular retail price. Groupon apologised for their mistake, cancelled the order (within hours of your order), and issued a full refund. Ricky Melwin A from the Groupon Merchant Operations team acknowledged the error on their part ("Yes, it was our mistake").

We also forwarded you Groupon's apology and acknowledgment of their error proactively. Sarah mentioned in the same email within hours of your Groupon order, "To demonstrate our goodwill and commitment to customer satisfaction, we've requested authorisation to offer you a voucher….at the same discounted price you were expecting on Groupon."

Despite being under no obligation to honour the erroneous price, our team proactively sought approval to offer you the product at the same discounted price you expected from Groupon. This required approval from our sales management team due to the significant financial loss honouring this price would cause, which Groupon acknowledged as their mistake.

Since your order was placed through Groupon, they act as a third-party platform facilitating the sale and handle all aspects of the ordering process, including deal changes. Groupon made a mistake, acknowledged it, apologised, issued a full refund, and resolved the pricing error.
Nevertheless, our Sales team were proactive in providing a resolution, honouring this price and delivering your order at a massive financial loss.

While I understand your desire for the product at the original erroneous price immediately, offering it at a substantial financial loss was not immediately possible without proper authorisation. However, our team acted as quickly as possible to receive approval and honour the incorrect price as a gesture of goodwill, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We must respectfully disagree with your account of events. As acknowledged by Groupon themselves after their mistake, our sales team went above and beyond to provide a satisfactory resolution. This included getting approval to fulfil your order at a massive financial loss to our company, which we did and delivered despite the significant cost to us.

It’s has also been brought to our attention that you have left 10 reviews on Trustpilot, and all 10 of those reviews were negative in nature (100% negative feedback left). While we certainly respect your right to share feedback, an unbroken pattern of solely negative reviews raises some impartiality concerns. We always strive for objectivity in addressing customer experiences.

Upon reviewing your customer support history, I can confirm that our Sales team went above and beyond to provide you with the best possible customer service. Their responses to your inquiries were very timely, with most replies occurring within hours.

I would like to commend our Sales team for their fantastic support, patience, and work to provide you with the best possible service, despite Groupon acknowledging their mistake. We honoured the incorrect pricing error price that Groupon made and delivered your order at a substantial financial loss.
