Ali was very accommodating to all 12 of us and helped pack all of our belongings into the vehicle. He also allowed us to connect to bluetooth speaker, where we could then play our own music - which was very nice of him.

We booked Edmund Travel for a return airport transfer and they were punctual and reliable. We were kept informed and the driver was polite and friendly and also loaded our suitcases.The service was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend!

Cannot thank Qaz enough for rescuing my Passengers that were stranded in Birmingham when my minibus had broken down.
Not only did everyone comment how helpfull and friendly Qaz was but was very reasonable priced considering the desperate situation we were in.
Most operators didn't even answer the phone but not only did Qaz arrange transport home he also tried to hook us up with a mechanic to fix the bus.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Travel from the Birmingham Airport to the hotel in Coventry was smooth, received message a day earlier with useful information from the driver on pickup and all 10 of us enjoyed the trip, safe students and teachers arrived at the destination. Qaz, the driver, very courteous and helpful, thank you, Karla.

Booked Edmund Travel to take some relatives to my wedding and back. We had the cheapest quote from them but the service was superb. Arranged pick up and return journeys with Qaz who was polite and quick to respond. The driver messaged when on his way and to let us know he had arrived. Had no complaints from the relatives.

Very happy with the entire process of our airport transfers. Communication could not have been better and they were always extremely responsive.
We had a 3 hour delay which had us landing late at night and they were still more than accommodating.

We booked with Qaz a few weeks before our trip and communication was great from start to finish. He even upgraded us free of charge at the last minute to accommodate more passengers - giving us a little more room. Our driver on the day was Riz and was extremely polite and professional throughout. Price was extremely good too when compared to many other local companies. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends!

Excellent service provided, arrived before allocated time to collect us, no complaints about us being a loud group of girls on a hen do, was able to connect our phone to the speaker to have some music along the way. Only initially booked a one way journey however due to issue with the trains, the mini bus driver reached out and offered their service to take us home for same price which was a good deal. I was able to message at short notice when we were ready to be collected from Birmingham and again they arrived quickly, and no complaints about us being loud (again)! Both drivers were professional and nice. Very good service and would highly recommend

11 of us were in Southport and had a family emergency which meant that we had to get back to Wolverhampton as quickly as possible. We had missed the last train but after ringing round and having some astronomical quotes Edmund Travel got us a driver and charged us fairly for the journey.
