For our residents' beach trip, we collaborated with Edmund Travel, and it was a splendid choice. They provided us with a great deal, and Mat, our cheerful driver, picked us up right at our doorstep. Throughout our journey to Blackpool beach, Mat's friendly demeanor was appreciated by staff and residents alike, making the trip truly enjoyable. Despite an unexpected delay on the way back, Mat stayed with us longer than planned. The company kindly overlooked any extra charges, which we found remarkable. As a care organization, we planned a beach outing for our residents and turned to Edmund Travel for assistance. They offered an excellent rate, and our driver, Mat, picked us up directly from our facility. Mat was fantastic, engaging warmly with both staff and residents, making him a delightful companion during our trip to Blackpool beach and back. On our return journey, we encountered a delay, which meant Mat had to extend his time with us and we arrived much later than planned. The company was incredibly understanding and graciously waived any additional fees, which we greatly valued. We are eager to work with Edmund Travel again and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a compassionate travel partner. ☺️

We used Edmund Travel to take us to the Airport for a family holiday. There were 35 of us travelling! Everything ran smoothly, from the timing of the driver to the temperature on the coach. Most of our group was made up of kids, and they were very excited and loud about the holiday - it was comforting that the driver warmed to their noise and made everyone feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Every thing was good

We are a care company and wanted to take our residents to the beach for the day, edmund travel helped us with a good price and the driver came and picked us up from the home, our driver mat was lovely he interacted with staff and residents so well he was most definitely great company on our journey to and back from Blackpool beach. We got delayed on our way back and the driver had to stay with us longer then he was ment to and we got back way later then scheduled, the company were so understanding and kindly wavered all extra charges wich we truly appreciated. We will definitely be using edmund travel in the future and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a caring company to travel with ☺️

30 of us went on and day hike to Pen Y Fan in Wales, leaving very early morning from Birmingham.

Our driver was great, arrived 15 minute early with an immaculately clean coach, he was super friendly and helpful. Ali made the journey smooth and comfortable.

The coach was new and had all the mod cons, Bluetooth, air con, leg rooms etc. clean comfortable and very nice to sit on for 3 hours.

Customer service was excellent, Edmund Travel went above and beyond, rapid responses to my questions, cost affective and extremely polite.
