BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not purchase from this company. I ordered almost 1500.00 in items that were guaranteed delivery by 4/4/21 that I have yet to receive! My item was apparently delayed to which I received no communication. Once my order was "shipped" I received someone else's tracking information and ORDER! Edloe Finch did not help me find my item; I had to coordinate with the other customer and shipping company to determine how/why the items were misplaced. After 2 days of missing work so I could be home to receive the order, I still do not have all of my items!! Customer Service says they have to launch an investigation before replacing my item after I have paid in full! On top of it all, they did not even refund 10% of my order. I had high hopes for my first online furniture purchase, however I will not utilize Edloe Finch again.

Don't purchase here / couch hasn't arrived
Our couch is over 5 weeks delayed in terms of when we should have received it. We still haven't received it and there is no consistency of who we talk to/what we learn when we are trying to get updates.
I've emailed about 20 times back and forth with different people on the customer success team starting end of February. I've been told multiple times that the couch is coming, I recently discovered through my 10th (I'm sure more) phone call that half of the order has not yet been picked up. Once it's picked up it will be another 3 weeks delay due to shipping. Managers have not called me back after countless requests as I've spoken with different people each time I call in, I am always the first to call - it feels like they want me to forget I purchased a $1500 couch. I was refunded the shipping/delivery cost of $200 and an addition 150$-/+ for the inconvenience. No manager has followed up since - still have no idea where the item is.
I would highly suggest to not purchase a product through this company. I ordered specifically at Edloe as it looks like a mom and pop store and although everyone I speak to is nice no one knows what is going on. It's starting to remind me of a scam. I'm still not sure if we will ever get the couch.
One of the reasons I'm leaving this review is because I literally just want someone in management to call me back and update me as to where the couch is as I can't get through to anyone for a straight answer. Don't purchase, not worth the headache.

Great couch and customer service
We love our couch. Delivery was delayed by just a few days (for obvious pandemic-related reasons), but it was very easy to get in touch with customer service, and they did a fantastic job of keeping me informed. Assembly was easy, and the couch is very comfortable. Material and make seem high quality.
