I tried three times to place an order and each time i get a message that says ERROR my order did not go through. I later received an e-mail thanking me for my purchase. I am trying to contact your company to find out if I was charged, would i be able to place my order over the phone ... I have been on hold for over forty minutes now and frankly do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that I cannot contact.

We were shopping for a Mul-T-Lock deadbolt and Edlocks.com had the best selection and value: one websites was cheaper but there were no upgrades to the MT5+ keys. Edlocks.com also offered a web discount and free shipping. Their customer service was A+: we had a question and someone answered the call immediately, there was a problem with a PO Box address and someone emailed immediately for a correction, shipping was fast- received the package in 3 business days, and the contents were well wrapped to prevent damage. What else can you ask for?

After looking for a special lock for over 2 hours, I was about to give up. Edlocks not only had what I was looking for, their site made it easy to find and purchase.

Reasonable price, fast service, good pictures of the product I was looking for. I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure it is the right part.

Had lock installed today and love it. My door is actually shut snuggly so no one can try to get to the lock. I knew this lock and am very happy I have gone to it to protect my dog,myself and our things. Many thanks!!!

navigating the website was easy and I placed an order for product with a specific finish. After placing the order, I was contacted by customer service to let me know that although all of the specific product was available, one piece would have to be shipped from a different source and arrive 2 days later. The representative offered different Product options to me for quicker delivery, as well as the choice to keep my original order. I chose the latter, but I was impressed that the company was very on top of the detailed information in the order and advised me of the additional delivery time and my options.

My whole buying and selection assistances was awesome the sales rep knew the answers to my questions and though email helped me select a lock that would best fit my current door. They promptly responded to my email question on figuring out what I needed.
