Horrible service, liars (buy in person dont order)
I deleted my last review to see if I could add pictures but I cant for some reason.
To summarise the first review, dpd has lost the package i ordered the night of Tuesday the 16th, i got next delivery which is explained as needing to be placed before 3pm so it shouldve been sent of the 17th of the next day, it is now the 23rd yet Ed hardy responded to my last review claiming its only been 2 business days? (I took a screenshot which annoyingly cant attach here)
I let Ed hardy customer service know at the end of Friday not expecting to hear anything from them till Tuesday, to my surprise they responded on Saturday told me to be patient, that it'll probably come Saturday and they'll look into it and let dpd know.
Monday passed no package, no update, i contacted dpd to asked if the seller has contacted them, they said they haven't been contacted
Its now Tuesday, yet again I was told they'd contact dpd, i was told this 6 hours ago, i just spoke to dpd and they said no one has contacted them
My original reveiw was mostly about how they choose a horrible courier service to work with, this review is about how it's actually Ed hardy that have provided a horrible experience and then claims it's only been two business days?
I cant speak for quality of the clothing yet, but DO NOT ORDER, just go to the store

Hi Nnamdi, thank you for your review — we're sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived and we completely understand how frustrating that is.
I just want to put the timeline below as we feel it's important to be transparent:
— You reported the issue to us on Friday
— We contacted DPD on Saturday and let you know we had done so
— DPD require a minimum of 10 business days to investigate a lost parcel — this is their standard process and unfortunately outside of our control
— It has now been 3 business days since we raised the investigation
We have already offered you a full replacement or refund, and that offer remains open. We want to get this resolved for you as quickly as DPD's process allows.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via email but we'll keep you updated every step of the way. The person handling your case has put your case on the top of her priority list to follow up with DPD today and see if they have any news and she will be in touch today again.
I know this is frustrating but I can assure you we are doing everything we can to get this resolved for you.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am very sorry to hear about the frustration and delay you’ve experienced with your refund. I completely understand how concerning it is to see a card number you don't recognise.
To help clarify how this happens, our warehouse system is fully automated and triggers a refund the moment a returned item is received and processed. By law, all refunds must be issued directly back to the exact payment method that was used to place the order. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we are physically unable to redirect these funds to a different bank account or card.
The last four digits we provided correspond directly to the card used at our checkout for this order. If you used a digital wallet (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) or a buy-now-pay-later service to complete the purchase, the transaction may display a "virtual card number" or token that looks different from your physical bank card.
We want to make sure this is fully resolved for you. Please reply directly to our customer care team with your order number so we can double-check the transaction logs, provide you with the official Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for the refund, and help you track this down with your payment provider.
