Very poor packaging and quality
I ordered two caps. They came in a thin plastic bag and the caps were completely deformed. Will most likely take a while beform a takes a good shape again. Did not expect such a poor packing! Items also looked way much better on the pictures than in real.

To ensure accuracy, returned parcels must be received at our warehouse and scanned into our inventory before a replacement can be processed. While we always aim to fulfil size exchanges immediately, high-demand items can occasionally run low on stock, which adds a short processing delay. The recent bank holiday weekend also affected standard courier transit and processing times.
We are pleased to see that your exchange has now been dispatched and is currently out for delivery with the courier. You should receive your tracking updates directly via email.

Fake return policy
Made an order of almost 300 euros. Sizes run large and needed to make a return of one item. Return label needs to be paid for and is deducted from your refund, and return is deemed as processed BUT the return label is NEVER delivered in the email! I have a processed return of an item, I CANT RETURN. Which on its own costs 100 euro and i Wont be able to wear it

As outlined in our returns policy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are deducted from the refund once processed.

We haven’t heard back from you yet to confirm receipt, but the label is ready for you to use so you can return your item without any further delay.

I ordered a size small in the joggers...the waist band was far too big (my daughter is size 6) so I returned and ordered a XS again had to be returned as the waist band too big..and I still haven't received the refund on the first pair of bottoms I sent back....

Great online experience and really pleased being able to exchange online for a different size and the product looks awesome quality, however, the sizing was MASSIVE, and I mean massive, so much so that I am worried the next size down still might be wrong. The medium was like an XL in arm length alone

I’m really sorry that you are unhappy with our returns policy. While there can be slight updates to the process from time to time, to keep up to date on any changes made within the carrier network, the policy has remained largely the same.
We unfortunately aren't able to offer free return labels at this time. Because of this, we partner with the SWAP platform to try and make the process as smooth and secure as possible for our customers. Still, we appreciate that paying for the return shipping isn't ideal.
Our logistics team have been working hard behind the scenes to introduce further return label options for customers in the near future, as we continue to improve the service wherever possible.

2/3 orders I’ve placed have been wrong
2/3 orders I’ve placed have been wrong. One order I got a completely different item then what I ordered- I orders shorts and recieved a skirt with a completely different pattern. This time I placed an order of only 2 dresses on 7/2 and only received one of them on 7/8 and in the package was the receipt which someone had marked physically with a pen, circled the dress I didn’t receive and put an R next to it which I assumed would mean a refund. No email, no refund. So I reached out to customer service. I’ve sent customer service multiple emails & pictures of the receipt that was in the package 3 times now, still awaiting a refund to my account after 2 weeks. Not to mention this brand is over priced for very cheaply made items. I wore the dress I did get (that I paid $60 for) ONCE and the straps already broke. This company has went so downhill that I would rather buy a cheap fake ed hardy set off of SHEIN and save my time, money & patience.
