Eden Training Solutions were incredibly supportive, especially during a difficult time for me. I was feeling nervous and anxious, but Sarah Jones was always there to calm me, reassure me, and remind me that I was capable. She consistently believed in me, even when I doubted myself, and her encouragement made such a difference to my confidence. I’ve learnt so much throughout the course and now feel confident in my job role because of her guidance and support. Sarah Jones is an absolute credit to Eden Training Solutions, and I’ll always be grateful for everything she did for me.

My skill coach was Annie Downing and to say the least she has supported me massively. I struggled with the way I learnt and Annie tried different techniques to help support me and understand me as a person and the way I learn. I am now at the very end of my level 3 which is a massive achievement and I couldn’t have done it without the support from Annie.

I had a very positive experience with Eden Training Solutions while completing my Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner qualification, which I successfully passed. My tutor, Jessica Copland, was amazing throughout the course. She was always supportive, responsive, and approachable, even taking the time to reply to emails on her days off. Jessica provided valuable guidance, encouraged me to believe in my abilities, and offered clear advice on my future aspirations and next steps in education. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Eden Training Solutions to anyone considering this qualification.

Annie downing really helps and supported me with my work , she helped me with my confidence and was there for when I needed some help. The teacher session really help me and support for my work.

What a great apprenticeship with all the help and support of my skills coach Hannah Phillips. They always keep you informed and on top of everything.
All the teachers who provide you with interactive and informative lessons are always prompt, understanding and professional as well as making the lessons fun and enjoyable for everyone.
One thing I would change is stricter rules where applicable when it comes to the teams lessons as there are a lot of students who frequently use excuses not to turn their cameras on which slows down the beginning of the lesson. I loved my apprenticeship and the growth and pride it gave me from beginning to completion.

Annie Downing has been my tutor for the past year and has really helped me to improve my confidence with our 1:1 sessions and guidance. I was very nervous and hated the start of the apprenticeship and now I look forward to doing my sessions and I am excited to complete my EPA. The knowledge I have gained from the apprenticeship helps me everyday in my working life and I can't thank them enough!

Even though I didn’t finish my apprenticeship my work coach Ellie Green was amazing and extremely supportive during the time I was on the course. I’d definitely recommend Eden to anyone doing an apprenticeship.

My skills coach Jessica Copland has made this experience enjoyable and manageable, she has always been on hand - even during her non working hours, to answer any queries or assist me where necessary. Jessica has been wonderful to work with, and hugely supportive. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with Eden.

Great company supportive staff. As im already a manager the learning was very much my everyday, however the theorist side was a retraining for me. The end point assessment felt very long winded with a 4000 word essay and 20 min power point presentation plus the 1 hour professional discussion and 1 hour observation and 30 min discussion.

I have really enjoyed my experience and time with Eden training solutions. Annie Downing my skills coach has made me feel extremely comfortable during all the sessions with her. She has also helped to support me with my confidence and I feel like it is finally growing. I have also enjoyed how organised all the leaning sessions, coursework and activities for the apprenticeship has been, it has made it easier to complete and easier to find what I need.

I had a wonderful experience with Eden Training. People are very professional there yet friendly as well. My coach Kirsty Earle had been very cooperative throughout my course. Thanks to Eden for making me successful in this course.

The support I received from Eden is second to none, especially from my skills coach, Carly Kolka, who made the entire course feel so much easier. Her guidance, patience and dedication were outstanding, and she put in immense effort to help me achieve my qualification. My skills coach Katherine Gordon was a huge help to my success within my apprenticeship. She was always there to help me whenever I needed it and I wouldn’t change her for anybody else. I stared my apprenticeship last year, with not a lot of confidence, and i am due to finish it soon and it’s all thanks to my tutor Annie Downing. I would like to thank her for all her support in all of our meetings, always being positive, explaining things to me when i didn’t understand very well, giving me time and being patient with me. Annie has been a massive support in my journey so far and her encouragement has gone a long way. I couldn’t imagine doing it without her. All of our meetings made me feel comfortable and confident, because i always knew that Annie would support me to achieve my goals. It’s been lovely to work with Annie and EDEN and i thank them so much for everything they’ve done for me!

Emma Garrett was amazing in helping me get through my apprenticeship work,it took me a while to get started ,but with the help of Emma I finally got ,Emma expressed question in a way I could understand, she was brilliant ,so I would like to give Emma Garrett a very big Thankyou ,she is fantastic at her work ,sharon hodges

Eden Training Solutions has heavily supported me in my journey of navigating an apprenticeship. Someone was always on hand when I needed advice or help. Specifically, my skills coach Chelsie, I couldn't have asked for someone better to support me, and Clare delivers the best teaching sessions ive been on. I 100% recommend anyone who is looking for an apprenticeship to do it with Eden Training Solutions.
