I would recommend using Eden Training, I completed my Early Tears Level 3 with so much support especially from my Skills Coach Samantha Hey. She is a positive, kind and a genuine person who wants you to do well. She is the biggest cheerleader I know!

I’ve worked with Jackie from Eden Training several times while trying to set up an apprentice service account, and she has been consistently helpful and professional throughout. The process itself was quite difficult (through no fault of hers), but she supported me each time with patience and clear guidance. She never made me feel awkward for needing repeated help, and she kept the whole experience calm and straightforward. We ended up spending a fair bit of time on the phone waiting for various links and confirmations, and she was always friendly, easy to talk to, and pleasant to deal with. Jackie is knowledgeable, reliable, and a real asset to Eden Training.

My first year with Eden, I was doing my L2. This was such a daunting time, at my age, to start something new, and very study based. I had Kirsty Earle, who was absolutely fantastic, supportive, and always wanted me to achieve, to which I did. As time went by, I gained a new skills coach, and started my L3 also. My skills coach/tutor Chelsie Austin, was absolutely fantastic. She automatically stepped in to Kristy’s roll, and made me comfortable, confident, and ready to succeed again. It has been a rollercoaster journey, for me, due to personal life, but with the best support from Eden, I thrived. It has been one of my best learning journeys, to present, and will definitely be going on to my L5 with yourselves. Thank you

I would really recommended Eden Training Solutions as an apprenticeship provider. I have just completed my Early Years Educator Level 3 with them and got a distinction!!! My skills coach Carly Kolka really helped me along the way, and helped me build confidence. The teaching sessions were very well delivered - and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone. I managed to complete my qualification in 12 months rather than 16 months, with my coaches moral support. Victoria was my tutor for the past year and over and she has been a massive help in my apprenticeship! She has been very patient and offered me resources whenever i’ve struggled or helped me to do the work in a meeting when there were things i weren’t understanding.

I have really enjoyed doing my training with Eden they have been really supportive the whole way through, I was able to contact Annie my tutor whenever needed for extra support! she has been amazing the whole way through and is always in a happy and bubbly mood making the sessions more enjoyable. would definitely recommend.

eden as a whole has been amazing. the courses and theme calls are thoughtfully structured, engaging, and easy to understand, which has made learning feel both manageable and enjoyable.

I have just completed my Level 5 Lead Practitioner qualification and had the most supportive tutor Jessica Copland. She was always on hand to answer any questions and the teaching sessions were always informative and I left feeling very confident with any upcoming tasks. I was really nervous about the assessments but Jessica gave up lots of her time to conduct EPA support groups, joining these reassured me I was on the right path whilst gathering thoughts and experiences from other learners.
I was given access to Microsoft Office which really helped me continue my learning at home. Teaching sessions were monthly and were always very positive and worked perfectly around my schedule. I only had to write one essay at the beginning and my case study at the end, the rest of the time I wrote notes and paragraphs on what I’d learnt which suited my learning style.

We have been established for 35 years and in that time have used various training providers. I can honestly say that Eden are hands down the best we have ever used, from the enquiries and onboarding with Tom, to the delivery of training and mentoring of Apprentices by Lucy & Katie and general support from Kerry in the EPA team. The whole team show, patience, enthusiasm and knowledge, our apprentices really thrive.

I have had the best experience with Eden and my tutor Carly. I honestly think Carly is the best tutor ever. She has helped me so much throughout my whole course. She’s always been helping and supporting me. She explains everything really well. She is very quick to reply to my emails whenever I needed help and she has pushed me to do well. I love Carly and I think she’s great.

i completed my level 2 with annie downing and now i’m finishing my level 3 with her and she’s been amazing and helped me so much and always praised me for my work. she’s also gave me lots of advice on how i can my my work better. and the learning sessions with eden training have been so helpful and i have gained lots of knowledge from them. :)
