Ordered a dress for a special occasion…

Ordered a dress for a special occasion but it took nearly 4 weeks to arrived. . The dress was the wrong colour and the material felt like a shower curtain! The belt was very poor quality, damaged and not at all like the image. Asked for a refund and offered 10%back!! This dress was made in china, not the UK. Very disappointed.

Poor quality jacket sent, not as pictured on website

I ordered a jacket for my father's Christmas present on the 30/11/25. It was not sent from London but was sent from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. It certainly was not the jacket that I ordered. It was very poor quality and had no labels inside the jacket. It definitely was not worth the price that I paid for it. I immediately contacted them to try and return the item for a full refund but as yet I have had no response from them. Very disappointed, I would avoid buying from them.

The sleeve are to wide ??????

Honest feedback after my order... the jacket looks nice but the sleeves were too long and too wide for me. I had to stich it my self to fit my arms. For the price it didn’t feel worth it, so I wouldn’t recommend this one and I regret buying this.

Lovely for the office!

I have bought 2 pairs already. Bare in mind these are not wide fit, but pretty comfy for a wellie. I walk 30 mins to work and the are sleek and perfect for nice. Put together look. Not looking like a typical wellie but I dont have to worry about rainy days anymore. Leakage is 0%. Easy to put on. Would recommend again and again :) The only downside is that they peel after a good wear and rubbing against one another every day (or maybe its my type of walking) so I buy them every season.

Eden London have eventually contacted me to apologise but I have been refunded by my bank. I had the goods laying around my house for a few weeks but put them out to charity.

Ordered a jacket and shorts, the jacket did arrive not from London at all from China by the looks of it. Very poor quality jacket that I wish to return but the Eden London website has vanished. I will be chasing a refund.
Yes I do accept that you are a small company but you should not waste your time and mine, sending this type of rubbish through. I have photos of the garments that were sent if you are interested?!!

Handcrafted Leather Oxford Shoes

Ordered some nice looking 'handcrafted leather Oxford shoes' with the promise of a 14 day money back guarantee.

What arrived was vegan leather shoes of questionable durability, IN THE WRONG SIZE, AND IN THE WRONG COLOUR.

eden-london.com not even acknowledging email requests (4 so far) for refund.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. A facebook ad lured me into buying two pairs of shoes, a dress and a shirt. A quick order confirmation arrived and eventually after two weeks so did the items. The shoes were the wrong size and the garments of questionable quality, neither of which I would dress my dog in. Despite emailing Eden to tell them I would be returning the items because they were the wrong size, I have heard nothing. They are not UK based. I will be pursuing my refund.
