Be aware of this company. We've been trying to buy a house since November and they're now saying they don't have a legal team to write documents for our lender. They're literally stopping us buying and we can't wait much longer as the interest rates are going to go up so I've being financially affected for this and other reasons

Generation Meter Upgrade
Had one of Ecovisions engineers come out today to upgrade our current generation meter to a 4G meter. Robert Bilik called prior to advise us he would be arriving in approximately an hour. Not only did he replace the meter, but he also identified another fault in our wiring, caused by a previous companies engineer, which he immediately fixed. We are extremely happy with the service provided.

I would like to give a feedback about Lynne dealing with my complaint. She is very friendly and professional. Finally someone who is fit for her job. After-Service is VERY POOR
Extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues regarding my solar panel system and the poor level of service I have received.
My solar panels have been non-functional since October 2025, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this, I still do not have a date for a resolution.
Engineer visits arranged and confirmed multiple times for a date that apparently did not exist on the system (resulting in wasted day of my annual leave)
Engineer previously confirmed that all connections under the panels should be secure and not exposed to the elements. We counted more that x10 connections lose and exposed. My house's power has been tripping, which I now suspect is linked to the solar panel fault.
I have contacted ECOVision multiple times and have been promised callbacks and updates that never materialize. I am constantly forced to chase the team for information.
While their hold messaging boasts about winning the 2025 Solar & Storage Operations & Management award, my experience suggests a significant failure in your after-sales maintenance and customer service.
My solar panels have not been working since Oct 2025 - so whats the point of having them?
having 100s/1000s of installs is pointless if you do not have the means to support them

Ecovision, did clean solar panels and fixed some grill around to stop pigeons getting under so that was the whole purposeofthejob, but poor communication concerning when it would be done, including scaffolding fix and dismantling.

Engineer excellent, eco vision rubbish
The engineer was excellent and said he would get the company to clean the solar panels and have anti bird netting fitted. Eco vision have failed to do any of this.
They also tried to claim I was not submitting readings because they hadn’t recorded that the meter had been changed.

Not impressed!
Not informed that my solar panels now belong to a different company, and a different company for repairs.
Would not know now, its just I was asking when my panels were being cleaned.
To be greeted by someone saying Ecovision never installed my panels, I told her Ecovision did in 2011, I got the reply ‘oh that was before my time’

Poor driver's
One of your drivers was very aggressively trying to push a lady Infront of him into a busy junction. When she safely could pull out he speed out into the road and almost hit another car.
Sadly didn't get the registration. If your vans are tracked it was outside the Morrisons daily in Saltash PL12 6JL at 7:10pm 19/3/26
