Good but problems with delivery and accessing on-line account
Great offer for my couch roll order and easy to order on-line. Then unfortunately some technical issues... order delivered to my house rather than my business which was inconvenient. Then ability to sign in to account on website vanished so I had to make some calls to customer service for an invoice copy. Hopefully these issues will be resolved for customers future orders.

Asked agent to email an invoice for our records and also an application form for set-up of an account. Agent said she would but did not bother actually doing so. Poor customer service.

This product has got worse and worse
This product has got worse and worse. False economy in that the paper is such poor quality that it tears constantly. Also the first few layers are unusable as they are stuck down so heavily that you tear a lot off as you try to undo and the last sheets are also unusable as they are so creased up as to render them unusable. Will never buy this product again.

Many thanks for your feedback, I can see that you do normally purchase our pure paper couch rolls, however on this occasion you have chosen to order our primary couch roll which is at a cheaper price and also recycled. I can assure you this is the first time you have bought this product which means you are comparing this against a higher standard of product which you have had previously. If you were to re-order your EC7709 couch rolls which you have had before this order, you will see it continues to be a high standard of pure paper, with no glue issues or need for heavy tearing.
