AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS
Whatever you do do not order anything from this company. I made the mistake of doing so, the item was not fit for purpose and I have contacted them for a return and a refund. They are refusing to give me a full refund, only offering me a 20% refund (for a £56 item!) and when I refuse they 'kindly' offer to up it to 25%.
I have had numerous comms with them and they consistently either ignore what I'm sending them or respond with a canned response still offering me 25%. This has now been two weeks ongoing and I'm getting nowhere.
I can't work out if their Support person 'Yusuf' is a bot or just plain rude. Either way their customer service and care is quite literally the most appalling I have ever experienced.
I am £56 out of pocket for an item that is not fit for purpose, I really need my money back and they could not care less.
Takes order than cancels without notice
I would not know. Ordered cancelled by trader without notice. Yet it invites orders on site. Very odd

Don’t order from them. Their company are on liquidation!!!!! They take your money but don’t send the items and can’t make the refund!

Item required was in stock and was dispatched very promptly via DPD. This method of shipping allows one to divert the parcel to a DPD Drop Off location or to collect it from a DPD depot. The delivery slot is a one hour one and the parcel arrived within the middle of this time slot.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service! No customer care whatsoever. No-one returns phone calls or takes ownership of problems that clients have. Half of delivery is missing and one minute it's because of a flood, the next day it's because it's actually out of stock. Just lies, lies and more lies. Really disappointed as we have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and still no call from a manager to apologise or even try to save our business! Now they say it is because of the Corona Virus - what a load of nonsense. This has been going on for over 2 weeks and no mention was made of Corona Virus. I did not order anything that would be affected by this virus.
Poor communication.
Ordered and paid for products some of which were out of stock. Company should know what stock they have. I was informed I wouldn’t be charged for the goods that they couldn’t send but I have been charged and I am waiting for repayment. I emailed Econogroup two days ago about this matter and still haven’t yet received a reply. The product which did arrive was a couch cover but very thin and poor quality. I won’t be buying another.

Trouble in Sage Pay
Since your Sage Pay system had a problem, I could not get through the payment. At the time, I could still buy hand sanitiser and surgical sprites, but after the system was back, they had been gone.

After 10 years
After 10 years plus as a customer my recent customer experience has been less than satisfactory.
I order online, stock control is clearly an issue. All items were in stock and money taken immediately. A week later I received emails for each individual item I have ordered saying they are not in stock.
I call them and was told they were never in stock in the first place!!!
I should have been contacted immediately and the transaction cancelled, not left for a week.
The money was only refunded after 3 calls.
This is not good enough, very poor customer communication and service.
