I ordered over 30 metres of composite fencing from eComposite Products and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. The quality of the fencing is excellent – looks great, feels sturdy, and was surprisingly easy to install.

A huge shoutout to Faye, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. She practically became my part-time garden designer :), offering thoughtful suggestions and advice that really made a difference. And Karl was brilliant in helping customise the order to fit my needs – nothing was too much trouble!

Delivery was prompt and well-packaged, and everything arrived in great condition. Overall, very happy with the service and the end result. Would definitely recommend!

We bought 40 panels of Irish Oak fencing with the aluminium posts for all 3 sides of the garden. It's much more modern-looking, as well as durable, than anything made of wood, and we expect it to last for years. We've had many positive comments from the neighbours and visitors. The team are easy to contact by email or phone. Thank you for all your help.

I had a small problem with one of the screens that was delivered. I contacted eComposite, they resolved the issue immediately, the screens are really nice quality, a good company to deal with.

Stuff was in stock and delivered promptly. had a issue with a missing item which was sorted promptly and without fuss.

The fence looks great and is holding up well so far. There was a small missunderstanding regarding some additional slats that I have ordered, but the team have been very prompt in solving the issue and sending free replacements. I would recommend.

I dealt with Izzy at ecomposite and everything I asked for was agreed. I did receive a board that was damaged but it was not to much trouble and it got replaced.

The order arrived early and was exactly what we wanted.

The customer service team responded almost immediately to my queries , the product is superb quality .
Very easy to install , it did need cutting but it was very easy to do .
I’d give this fencing 5 stars. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a durable, stylish fence without the hassle of regular maintenance, future proofing our garden was very important to us and we are so glad we did this .
I cannot recommend ecomposite products and the team enough , fabulous from start to finish .

Firstly, the supply of the samples was prompt and reasonably inexpensive. I had a query regarding whether or not the ‘Venetian’ style was on both sides of the boards and whether post inserts were in pairs, both were answered almost by return. Delivery was as promised on a pallet and on time, albeit we did have a slight issue with the driver bumping my side wall with the pallet due to the gradient and weight. Everything was very simple to install into my existing concrete posts and the finish is excellent. Very pleased with the finish and look of the 8 panels.

Always delivered a very good product and delivery service, I have never had any complaint on there quality.

Really good offers to be had and some great designs and options to choose from. The quality is better than other vendors samples I reviewed so will be a nice touch to the garden.

Ordered decorative panels with boarded section to base and posts to fit on decking. Received good communication, delivered on time and well packaged. All parts very well made and good quality. Did find there was insufficient spacers provided to suit the number of posts and had to ring customers services and more were sent first class and delivered next day.
Website does not mention that minimum post length is 1.9m so for our fence at 1.5m these need to be cut down to size, which maybe an issue for some people.

Great products and service. I have bought fence panels to fit concrete posts and free standing fence panels plus two screens. The quality is excellent and my builder said they are very easy to install. Whenever I have sought advice the office staff have always been friendly and clear on what I needed. I will be buying more fence panels next year for another garden project.

Very pleased with the product, good quality and easy to fit. Most of the order was delivered on time however the 3 longer posts didn't arrive with the main order. Apparently this was expected by Ecomposite but not communicated. They did arrive the next day so all good.
