Great product but what stood out was the customer care. Really thought from initial quote to ordering and delivery the team showed great professionalism. Felt like I was in safe hands throughout.
PS The solar light caps to the fence posts just added the finishing touch of quality.

We found this company by pure chance while researching composite fencing.
We particularly wanted to stay local, a visit to the warehouse was arranged, where we found the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.
We had time to select our choice from the options wide variety of options available.

so sorry to here about this John, we normally have no issues with delivery but we use a third party carrier which means sometimes it can be out of our control sorry,
Great company to deal with
Product quality as described. Minor additional items requested with no issues. Helpful staff on phone.
Product like new 1.5 years later, with the exception of minor fading to post caps.

Great company. Quality products. I just love my Japanese inspired fence with lights. I bought it 4 years ago and it looks as good today as it did when I bought it. The after sale support is very good too!
