The windows were done good bit disappointing because I understood I was getting the door windows glass was getting replaced also the back door was having the glass changed to patterned same as bathroom the glass was clear the man who fitted the glass said that was what was ordered and nothing about the other door so that means the other door class hasn’t been changed when I understood both glass was getting changed Maureen Barley

The workmen were very polite and respectful of my property.

Updated me on every stage of the work.

I was sold the work on the basis that my home would be made less draughty and therefore more energy efficient. The fitter arrived when expected but only had half the proper equipment to do the job. There had been virtually no communication between the "office" and the fitters so they had very little idea what the job entailed. To be fair to the fitters, they did what they could. After a second visit, my windows are still draughty because the gaskets need renewing. I wasn't made aware of this by the salesperson OR the surveyor when they visited my property. The office is now saying that I "never asked for it" and so the fault is mine!! Altogether very disappointed with all the unnecessary hassle caused. Over £1,000 spent and the house is still draughty.

EH Ref EH5190 Eco Haus took my deposit cheque £400 on 1/12/25 a surveyor came 3/12 EH banked cheque 3/12. EH then cancelled order advised me to stop cheque on Fri 5/12 after bank closed. 2 ph calls & 1 letter later still waiting for a refund of £300 ( IE 400 - 100 survey fee) after over2 months G Murgatroyd - considering ombudsman

Well made windows. Fitting service good.
Window fitters wore over shoes to protect our carpets. They also cleaned up afterwards & took all the debris away..
Well pleased. They are coming back to fit another window. I'm sure I'll get the same good service.

We're happy with the work so far and we plan to have the rest done in the near future. The customer service team have been great.
The only problem we're having is with the sales team that know my father has had 3 strokes and keep constantly ringing him to push him for more work to be done. They keep ringing him directly even after his number has been taken off the system. My father isn't supposed to walk on his own so I need to be there if anyone visits. The 1st visit my father fell over whilst getting his cheque book out of a drawer and Paul the sales guy left him lying on the floor while he went in the other room to write the 2 cheques he needed before helping him up. Since then they've booked 3 more visits with my father and not through me (which I cancelled). My father has carer's coming 4 times a day so he needs the work to be done a bit at a time to suit him not all at once to suit sales. UPDATE 15th January...The sales team yet again rang my dad directly and got him to agree to ANOTHER appointment today without my knowledge!!! Just got another 5k out of him🤦🏻‍♂️

We had all the glass in the windows of the house replaced.We were told a price that included a government grant and it was very reasonable.The surveyor that came out to measure the windows was very thorough and polite.The time and date we were given for the installation was adhered to and the two lads who turned up to do the job were excellent.They put sheets down in all the rooms upstairs and the stairs so there was minimal mess.The whole job was done in about 4hrs and we are very pleased with the finished product.If you want your windows replacing with A graded glass this is the firm to use.

Installation technicians were very good, well organised and efficient. Did the job to a high standard with the minimum of disruption, cleaned up well on completion and left house as they found it, very pleased. 😀
