EcoGlaze Omdömen

Fitted in a few hours. The noise that this door has reduced from a busy road is amazing i can barely hear the cars now.

Great team. Pete the surveyor was very informative and talked us through the whole build process. This team have just won eco home improvement specialist of the year and I can see why! Spectacular product and wonderful people. Keep up the great work guys thank you all!

Had new roof fitted on our conservatory. Superb work and all the fitters were great, friendly and accommodating. Could not believe how quickly it was finished. Antony in particular, worked like a Trojan. We are really pleased with the result. It now looks like a new conservatory.

Excellent quality service from the Pontyclun team, from enquiry and assessment team: David, Josh and surveyor, to fitment team: Lewis & Rory. A really friendly team who deliver a 1st class and professional, 5 Star product and service - Highly recommended. Thank you all, keep up the great work.

I would have no hesitation recommending Ecoglaze to my friends and colleagues.
The installation was completed on time and the "fitter" Anthony was hard working and a very sociable character.
I was also impressed by the after sales care and inspection
The quality of the windows is impressive backed up with a long guarantee period which I do not expect to have to test.
All in all Ecoglaze should be around for many years to come.

All members of the team were helpful and friendly at all stages from initial contact, agreeing the contract and installation.

Great communication from Curtis throughout, very reasonably priced compared with other local window companies who have quoted.

No pushy sales just honest and provided lots of information/options.

The two window fitters themselves were great, really friendly, made sure all carpets were covered and left everything clean and tidy.

Would highly recommend if you need new windows. Thanks EcoGlaze team :)

Very happy and satisfied customer here! Very friendly team from start to finish. Nothing is too much, window frames fitted in advance of glass being delayed. Even managed to sort out and extra requirement in fixing existing old garage door while fitting frames for another job. Very happy and highly recommend Curtis, Sam and the rest of their team 👍

They were able to finish their work on time.

Excellent personal service with no pressure sales.Everything well explained, with plenty of options.
Windows and a door installed with care, blinds and curtains removed and replaced by installers. Area cleaned after work completed.
An excellent looking product - we are very pleased and will certainly use EcoGlaze again. It is also wonderful
to know that EcoGlaze recycle what is removed helping our planet.

I would highly recommend EcoGlaze to anyone wanting 5⭐️ quality windows alongside superb customer service.
We have had all new windows throughout the house and x 2 doors which has made such an incredible difference to the look of the house, as well as increasing a feeling of extra “security”.
We had communication throughout, any questions answered, and Curtis was an extremely lovely person to speak to.
Furthermore if you need a plasterer we had the fantastic Luke sent round from Duke’s Plastering Services. Also an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Worth every penny, the brilliant reviews showcase Ecoglaze perfectly.
Thanks again!

We had no intention of replacing our windows until I walked in to their office and met a very pleasant informative team. This was backed up by their Certass registrations whilst also being an accredited green scheme installer through Barclays. The two surveyors we met had exceptional knowledge and the window fitters were also on time everyday with phenomenal work ethic. We had a friend that used this company 4/5 years ago but we knew it expanded and turned into a limited company and we assumed the staff would have changed but this was not the case. Ironically we actually had the same installer and surveyor. The office isn’t manned at all times but if I left a message they always called me back and always updated me as per their “what happens next” paperwork. I know this company have won awards in the past and I have recommend and applied them this years business of the year. A company like this deserves recognition. Fingers crossed for the eco glaze group

After a bumpy start with the delivery, not the fault of EcoGlaze, my windows were installed with expert ease and speed. The guys were great! Very polite and helpful. EcoGlaze also arranged a job on our porch which had to be plastered, they used a very nice young man called Luke who was worked in a very methodical and tidy manner. Would recommend Luke and the other guys in an instant. Thanks.

A must use company. 6 window and 2 doors fitted on time to a high standard with professional fitters. Fantastic after care with follow up calls to ensure I the customer was happy with the installation. I have further recommend 2 further customers who are having works done.
