4 Months of Lies, Broken Deals & Known Product Defects: Case CAS-20251130-1459037
I am warning every consumer: EcoFlow’s customer support is a black hole of misinformation. My case for a Glacier battery replacement has been open since November 30, 2025, and I am still empty-handed in April.
The shocking timeline of their failure:
Nov 30, 2025: Case opened. All details (Order #69937, Serial BX12Z1B4ZF3B0080) provided.
Dec 3, 2025: Support (Lily Li) confirmed a "replacement unit WITH a refurbished additional battery."
The Breach of Contract: After I agreed, EcoFlow unilaterally tried to "downgrade" the deal to ONLY a replacement unit, ignoring the promised extra battery.
Dec 23, 2025: They claimed the unit was "dispatched." This was a blatant lie.
Jan 4, 2026: They admitted it was never sent due to "backorder," promising shipment by late January. They missed this by months.
Broken Deadlines: EcoFlow has missed every single self-imposed deadline (7-day and 3-day investigations) AND ignored my formal legal notices.
Total Lack of Accountability:
I have escalated this matter to multiple departments, including:
support.eu, sales.eu, order.eu and media.eu
NONE of these departments have provided a real solution or a tracking number. Only the standard support sends automated lies and false promises. No manager has stepped in to resolve this 120-day-old mess.
The Insult: during these months of silence, they sent automated threats to CLOSE my case because "I" supposedly didn't respond. This is peak incompetence.
A Known Issue:
There are countless reports online regarding these batteries failing (Glacier series). It is clear EcoFlow has a structural quality problem and their "support" is simply a delay tactic because they cannot handle the volume of failures.
EcoFlow is in structural breach of EU Consumer Law (2011/83/EU). They change agreed-upon solutions mid-process and fail to deliver for over 120 days. I have now officially filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

Update 21-04-2026
So after informing Ecoflow of this review and formal complaint with ECC they contacted and created a shipment with DHL. Considering the aforementioned I carefully looked into this shipment and frequenty informed Ecoflow that nothing changed in the shipment status. Up until today no shipment is received and a lot of false promises were given again. This seems to be their systematic way of dealing with issues. Better forget about Ecoflow and try your luck with the fast amount of other companies offering better material and surely not such dramatic after sales as Ecoflow.
