Avoid
The boiler installation was fine and it's working well. The loft insulation was something else entirely. My loft is part boarded and I was told the boards would be taken up, insulation laid and boards laid back on top. NOPE! Insulation was laid on top of the boards, totally useless for loft storage

Diabolical
Someone who barely spoke English called me using a phony English name. Didn't introduce his organisation, and started talking about a boiler replacement. When I finally found out who he was and who he worked for I reminded him that I had expressed an online interest in external wall insulation, not a new boiler. He then hung up on me.

In this case, we were trying to check your eligibility under the ECO4 Government Grant, which sometimes means customers who initially apply for external wall insulation may also qualify for a fully funded boiler replacement. We understand this can be unexpected, and we should have explained it more clearly from the start.

The service was quick and the boiler…
The process and service was quick. The boiler instalation was excellent. The few things I notice were the little things. One of the workers said they were unable to fit the new radiator control nubes on the whole radiators properly because the radiator pipes were too small to fit them. He said in order to fit it on properly they would need to replace the whole radiatori's tubes for a bigger size.
As for the boiler, so far, it is walking ok apart that almost everyday the pressure gets too low, so I have to manually increase the pressure to get hot water, which is frustrating And the last thing, after drilling hole in the wall to check for insulation, the hole were not filled as promised by the workers eventhough they were reminded by me.
Overall I am satisfy.
I would have given it 5 stars if not because of these little things that also matter.
Nothwithstand, I really appreciate the workers genuine effort and cleaniness, the speed of response and installation, the excellent customer relationship.
I so appreciate it that I did recommend your service to others and will continue to do so.

After dealing with an old boiler that…
After dealing with an old boiler that caused numerous problems and incurred high repair costs, I reached out to E Eco Energy Services. My application was processed quickly, and I received a date for the installation, which was completed within two weeks.
The new boiler is fantastic and perfectly designed. After spending a lot of money on the old unit, I am now very happy to have a reliable boiler that works as it should.

The company was great and the paperwork…
The company was great and the paperwork was very quick. Great company. The only issue I had was it was a messy job and very untidy. The boiler system works great but there is cement slapped on my wall and it's just messy. They also worked until midnight which was very difficult with the new baby because of all the drilling and noise. Despite all this I would recommend them 100% as eco energy service has done a really good job in helping me out.
