I faced an issue with incorrect name…
I faced an issue with incorrect name display across my CPENT and LPT certifications due to a system error. Initially, there was some delay in response, but once the case was picked up, the support team handled it professionally.

Well structured material of all aspects regarding cybersecurity and hacking
The training material included all aspects of information security and ethical hacking.

Warning: Potential Security Risk & Zero Customer Support
I enrolled in this program as a beginner looking to break into cybersecurity. Instead of getting a safe learning environment, I was directed to download software that turned out to be a Trojan RAT (Remote Access Trojan) — malicious software that caused repeated internet outages every time I logged into the platform. For someone just starting out in cybersecurity, being harmed by the very program meant to teach you is not only unacceptable, but it's also dangerous.
I contacted their support team five separate times via email. Just to get help in figuring out what happened because I don't believe they meant for this to happen. Each response was a copy-paste reply stating they were "investigating" and would respond within 24–48 hours. They never followed up — not once. Five days passed with no resolution, no fix, and no real communication.
I then formally requested a refund within their stated refund window, as their own policy allows. They refused. Despite their software damaging my system's functionality and their support team completely failing to provide any meaningful help, they are now withholding my money. All I wanted was help in fixing the issue.
Here's what anyone considering this program should know:
• Their software caused active harm to my device and internet connection
• Support is non-responsive beyond generic delay messages
• They do not honor their own refund policy when they are at fault
• There is no accountability when something goes wrong
If you are a beginner in cybersecurity, you deserve a learning environment that is safe, functional, and backed by real support. This program provided none of those things. I would strongly urge anyone researching their certification courses to look elsewhere before investing your time and money.
