Trainer was unsatisfactory and EC Council provided no support when the course expired, with no notice or clear expiration date given.
I enrolled in the CPENT Online Course but received no notification about its expiry. EC Council should alert users two months before expiration and display course validity details. When registering, the code is valid for a year, but without reminders, courses can expire before exams, if you forget the date of registration, as happened to me. I asked the Indian service team for a two-month extension, but they denied it and only offered a six-month extension for the full course fee, which seems unfair. I request fair support from EC Council.
