First time try spirit , hope is good

Marcus helped me out and he was very thoughtful. He realized that they used an incorrect email address so that i would not receive their intended email. Also he realized that it was not my credit card company that declined my credit card, but Air India who does not ACCEPT MC.

What made my experience great is that there’s a quick response and the representative who I had contacted, did his best to get me the best flight accommodations possible.

It was nice to talk and the representative was very helpful and active on solving my issues.

. We called we only speak spanish unfortunately they dont have bilingual representive because its over seas not in usa , probably india or pakistan . they booked a flight without confirming the flight details just booked it . when i reviewed the tickets realized was booked deparure diffrent state , now they say they cant help me my booking id# eb49899 . i been sending emails and posting my expierince since it happened and will continue untill its fixed . im starting to think everyone sayIng its a scam is right

The guy who was talking to me on the call cheated me …he told me no tickets available for Etihad and annoying me and lied to me that got a last ticket on a special request from Etihad. And charged/looted $1545 from me ($600 extra looted from me)for the ticket booking.

I spoke to Etihad airlines and they confirmed me there are 100s of tickets available.and each one was for 945$ only.

I want to sue ebooking.com having an opportunity in USA. How can you cheat customers just like that.

Customer care is excellent and specially I have to mention Jenny’s name she’s superb and sealed unexceptionally well.

The depart/are flight I booked were "sold out" at the shown price. They did call he right away. Although I was flexible on dates and times, it still cost me 50 0/0 more.

This site is definitely a scam. I read the reviews but took a chance….
Don’t waste your time. I made sure all information was correct three times before I sent it. Got an email right away saying it was in process. Two hours later I get a call saying something went wrong. I called back and got what is clearly a call center in a foreign country. The man said my zip code was wrong. I played along as he put me on hold to “clear it up”. Of course now the flight was double the amount. I canceled straight up. He offered $30 off. what a joke. Please please do not waste your time and personal info to this scam. I’m afraid of what might happen with my credit card now. I did receive a cancellation email about ten minutes after I hung up.
