EarlyBird Lifestyle Support is a multi-award winning, friendly care and well-being service based in Lincoln and surrounding areas designed to help people with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, collecting prescriptions and medication, food shopping, outings, accompanying to appointments, personal care and more. ​ ​We also provide reablement services for people who have been in hospital for a variety of conditions and would like some support in transitioning home and integrating back into the community. ​ Our professional support service was created in 2017 with one focus: to help all people live independently. ​ We specialise in a range of holistic services to assist people to achieve their goals and maintain their independence and our aim is to make life that little bit easier with the customer being in full control. ​ Fully DBS checked, we are qualified professionals offering an honest and helpful service to all people who feel that they need a little support. ​ Training At EarlyBird Lifestyle Support, we pride ourselves on the high level of training and expertise. Our staff are trained and qualified in handling emergencies and providing quality care. Every member of our team undergoes rigorous training to effectively respond to accidents, administer CPR, provide medication support, and adhere to all care regulations stipulated in the UK. We train all of our staff using experienced and qualified health and social care teachers, paramedics and advanced nurse practitioners to ensure our staff are fully knowledgable and equipped to deal with a wide range of situations. As we provide personal care, a shopping service and an escorting to appointments service which are regulated activities, the law requires us to ensure we are fully DBS checked.

Fantastic Employer/Provider

I have had an extremely positive experience whilst working within EarlyBird Lifestyle Support. Having progressed three times within the company, I have been greatly supported to achieve educational and personal goals. I am due to complete my L5 qualification next month that has been fully funded by the company and beginning to explore further education opportunities.

EarlyBird Lifestyle Support is a unique care provider that really puts all of its customers at the forefront of everything they do.

I would recommend EarlyBird Lifestyle Support as an employer AND care and support provider to anyone in the local area!
