I ordered from them 3 times. The last time I needed the vapes fast, so I paid for express shipping. When it shipped I noticed they sent my vapes regular first class mail. It took a week to get them. I Contacted them twice about the problem and asked to have my shipping refunded. They never responded to either email. I just messaged them to delete my account because I will never order from them again. They probably won't do that either. They do not have the option on their website to delete your own account. (red flag)

If I could give them a zero I would! The first time I purchased from them my order was shipped USPS priority mail so I received it quickly, however when I received my 10 packs of vapes they were horrible, they were very weak and tasted half empty. I scanned the box and it was verified so I didn’t know what was wrong. Hesitantly I placed my second order for a 10 pack, this time it was sent by some carrier I never heard of nor could I get updated tracking info. It took 8 days to get my order. I emailed customer service and they replied with nothing but a tracking number which I stated I already had. I sent a 2nd email and never heard back. Fast forward, I received my order and open a vape and same think weak and half empty taste. Again I verified using the QR code and it came up good, upon looking at the side of the box I realized ALL the vapes were expired, 5 months ago. I was furious to say the least, I sent them an email asking for a replacement, again NO ANSWER! I don’t know where to turn but I’m not going to stop, I purchased $280 worth of expired crappy vapes! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES!

I bought a couple of vapes and they shipped it in a envelope and now it’s basically lost in the usps system and I contacted customer support about it and they responded
March 28 saying We will get in touch with the carrier and we will do our best to fix the issue. April 3 issue still not fixed.I emailed them again asking if there was any update? No response I even sent a fresh email just in case it was buried under a mountains of emails from other people in the same situation looking for their package. Imagine buying over $100 dollars worth of stuff and not receiving it because it got lost and they won’t help fix it wouldn’t recommend buying unless they ship it in a box.
