Quick easy ordering service and arrived well.packaged. And Eaziglide use ParcelForce as opposed to one of those fly by night couriers. So all was good. The quality of the frying pan was amazing and it's truly non stick. You can fry an egg on it with no oil and it still doesn't stick.

Victoria from Customer Services was exceptionally helpful, prompt, and clear in her communication. Since my original 28cm model was out of stock, she seamlessly processed an alternative for me as a replacement.

Great product, amazing service
I purchased an Eaziglide casserole pot a few years ago from John Lewis, fantastic product for the price. Sadly a small portion of the non-stick coating delaminated, I contacted Eaziglide who shipped a replacement within 24 hours - amazing customer service!

Great baking trays - totally recommend
I absolutely love these baking trays and on fact I have three. They are the best baking trays I have owned. The non-stick has been brilliant. The oldest ones I have are five years old, I use them every day and I noticed that food was starting to stick. However these trays have a lifetime guarantee so I just contacted the company with my proof of purchase and they replaced both the trays I was having trouble with. So I now have two nice new trays and they are fantastic. I would absolutely recommend these baking trays. Great customer service and the warranty is totally worth having.

I brought the full set of pans and not user friendly
I brought the full set of pans and frying pans from John Lewis, £200, used the pan first time 3 days ago, I did not realise that the handles on the lids for these pans are metal, my fingers got scalded, when I tried to drain the potatoes, water seeped through the rim and burnt my hand as well, I thought these lids drain without lifting the lid. Too late to return as John Lewis said not their problem, going to ditch the pans and buy new ones with friendlier lid handles like my old ones of 20 years that i unfortunately threw away, I notice that all pans etc in John Lewis have these handles

As with all cookware featuring metal handles, the handles can become hot during prolonged use on the hob, so we recommend handling them with care and using oven gloves where needed.
Our saucepans are designed with double pouring spouts, allowing water to be drained without fully removing the lid. When the lid is held securely against the pan, the pouring spouts provide an opening for the water to flow through.
If you feel the lids on your pans do not fit securely against the rim, or you believe there may be a fault, please contact our team at reception@imperialgb.com and they'll be happy to assist.
Our metal handles are designed to provide the versatility of using the cookware on both the hob and in the oven, but we appreciate that every customer has different preferences, and we're grateful you've taken the time to share your feedback.

Great customer service
Eaziglide customer service were very Quick and efficient in resolving an issue with our casserole pan.
