Disappointing Service and Incomplete Delivery
I recently placed an order through your online service, but the delivery was incomplete, and some dishes were not delivered at all. The entire order had to be picked up personally, which was disappointing. The customer service was also unsatisfactory.
I expect reliable delivery and better communication on your website if issues may arise.

From the beginning very helpfull staff..I placed the order on Christmas eve.from USA and delivery to colombo...and I have ordered from city out of colombo..but the staff contact me and fix the issues and delivery made on time..I really appreciate the excellent service and very helpful staff..I recommend this site to all sri lankan living out of country use this company..good luck to Eatlanka....

The cake I ordered was not neat at all.The design is okay but the quality of the design is extremely poor.
Taste is fine.
Disappointed how it looked. It is far from what I saw in the picture before I submitted the order

Great service. Thank you so much. but delivery time is a little bit late (I ordered 12 pm. but food received 1.30pm) Please consider. and the minimum order amount is a little bit high. (If ordering food for one person does not require a lot of money) Caketalk restaurant food, very tasty and good quality. please add their cake items, too
