promised registration in one day - after 10 days still no response

I was looking for an office space for my tech startup, and the team was very helpful in getting me settled. The working space has everything I need to run my business, and the registration was super easy as well. I highly recommend this service to anyone with a startup needing office space.

Great experience and very supportive staff. We have been using them for over 2 years now and have never had a problem. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a practical solution to their virtual office needs.

Mijn ervaring met Easystartkantoor is erg positief. De kantoren zijn modern, makkelijk te bereiken en altijd schoon. De mensen zijn altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tarieven zijn reëel maw goede prijs prestatie verhouding. Kortom een aanrader.

Great experience as registered address, and as a working space. We were always helped timely and also upon request always available. The working space is clean, neat and to my opinion a nice calm working atmosphere in the centre of Rotterdam. The space feels open and light. Overall very satisfied.

Ik heb 3 jaar gebruik gemaakt van de service ivm verhuizing naar het buitenland. Brieven altijd netjes op tijd ingescand en ontvangen per email.

Unlike the other 5-star reviews, I had a bad experience with EasyStart's virtual office service. My mail was never forwarded if scanned at all (senders like the Dutch Tax Authority ultimately had to email me the misplaced mail). After repeated attempts to get the charges removed and reimbursed for mail-forwarding and repeated requests for management intervention well after canceling the contract, I was sent to a debt collections agency which i now in the process of adjusting the invoices on my behalf.

Don't get a virtual office registration (it's an unreliable and dubious service as is). Just get your Accountant to sign a Declaration of Consent form to register your business with them so important tax information doesn't get lost in the mail (for months on end). You can also register your address at coworking spaces for less than Easystart and collect your mail in person (not an option with Easystart despite their having a physical location) OR at a personal registration address (for ZZP'ers) if you live within NL for 0 Euros.

Hope this helps someone avoid this headache!

In tegenstelling tot de andere 5-sterrenrecensies had ik een slechte ervaring met de virtuele kantoorservice van EasyStart. Mijn post werd nooit doorgestuurd of zelfs gescand (afzenders zoals de Belastingdienst moesten mij uiteindelijk de zoekgeraakte post e-mailen). Na herhaalde pogingen om de kosten te laten verwijderen en vergoeden voor het doorsturen van post en herhaalde verzoeken om tussenkomst van het management lang nadat het contract was opgezegd, werd ik naar een incassobureau gestuurd dat nu bezig is de facturen namens mij aan te passen.

Zorg ervoor dat u geen virtuele kantoorregistratie krijgt (het is al een onbetrouwbare en twijfelachtige service). Laat uw accountant gewoon een toestemmingsverklaring ondertekenen om uw bedrijf bij hen te registreren, zodat belangrijke belastinginformatie niet verloren gaat in de post (maandenlang). U kunt uw adres ook registreren bij coworkingplekken voor minder dan Easystart en uw post persoonlijk ophalen (geen optie bij Easystart ondanks dat ze een fysieke locatie hebben) OF op een persoonlijk registratieadres (voor ZZP'ers) als u gedurende een periode binnen NL woont 0 euro.

Ik hoop dat dit iemand helpt deze hoofdpijn te vermijden!

Was looking for a coworking space. Found this through google and decided to call due to the positive reviews. Staff is friendly and the actual space is really nice and clean. Would recommend to others!
