At first, I was skeptical. After speaking with the representative, she quickly set up our utilities, including mobile and internet. The process was very easy. They even had a mobile provider using the cellular network I prefer. They also helped me set up everything, this is very useful for expats.

Response was fast. Clear communication.

As an expat moving to the Netherlands, there are already many things to organize and understand in a completely new system. What really surprised me in a very positive way was how EasyNuts coordinated all the essential services for our new home from one single point.

Friendly and easy communication to find the best energy provider

So far, we feel that this was a great service recommended to us by our makelaar. They called us on time to set up the utilities for our apartment and this with very short notice. I believe they had 24 hours or less between knowing we needed the services and our departure flight and subsequent arrival at our flat. We had a call for insurances on our second day in country, as they promised. For this reason, we think 5 stars makes sense. There was also good communication on the part of Easy Nuts. They were very professional and courteous and replied by email very quickly. It was a relief to us because navigating that system didn’t feel within our capabilities on first arrival, but of course had to be taken care of immediately. A big weight off our jet lagged shoulders.
