They're supposed to be making keys that were OEM for Craftsman toolbox the key doesn't match the rest of the keys in the toolbox black vinyl coated they told me that that's what the picture showed they said no problem you can send it back but I eat the shipping that it cost me I could have bought a whole lock set and two keys for the same amount of money that I paid them for just a run of the mill cheap brass blank. This is the second time I've done business with them the first time I had no problems the second time this problem is unresolvable I'm stuck with the key because I'm not eating $5 worth of shipping. You can go to Walmart and buy an aftermarket lock and two keys for the same amount of money actually less than what you pay for one key from them my advice is to do your homework before doing business with them very disappointed Tracy Fried Englewood,

Ordered 2 keys for my cartop carrier. Gave the exact number stamped on the original key. When the replacements finally arrived (the day AFTER they SAID keys would be delivered) I found both keys were identical to each other, but NOT to the original key. The cuts and pins were NOT exactly as the original and while the keys entered the lock, they had to be jiggled and coaxed till the pins finally caught and the lock turned. These were NOT INEXPENSIVE keys and I would expect a MUCH better match and fit than I got. That's my experience. NOT so great....

Terrible company. Ordered keys, waited a week, nothing changes. Order suddenly got cancelled due to “unforseen circumstances”. Refuses to send a refund. Called today to ask about my order, i provide my order number, and the associate hung up on me.

Would not recommend.

Ordered two identical keys from EasyKeys.com and unfortunately one of them did not work. I sent their customer service team an email explaining the issue and attached a few photos for reference. Less than 4 hours later they had already responded, approved a replacement, and I had a new shipping notification in my inbox shortly after.

I have always been a firm believer that the real test of a company is how they handle problems, and needless to say, I am very impressed with their professionalism, fast response time, and hassle-free support. Will certainly be back.

Lost the key to my safe over the years and didn't realize it until we got to our new house. Batteries were dead so we couldn't get into the safe. Easy keys was easy to use and had the key I needed. Got the key and tried it on the safe and it worked perfectly! Delivery was right on time as well.

Ordered one key and three days later no conformation. Paid with a credit card. When I check on their website it says processing. How long does it take to put one key in an envelope and mail it. Cancelling the order soon as possible

I have not received my keys and it has been at least a week since I ordered the hon keys. It was only two keys! How hard can that be. Tracking said keys were delivered to amazon warehouse on Saturday to be delivered Monday. They have not been delivered and today Amazon delivered several other items.

I use easykeys A LOT!! Most often, I use them for filing cabinet keys. When I have a hard time finding what I need, Customer Service is spectacular. I have been using this company for several years. I am always a satisfied customer!

Ordering was a breeze! This was the second time I've ordered keys for my toolbox. The first ones I lost on a tubing trip down the river. Lesson learned. As soon as they came in the mail, I walked out to the toolbox and just as I expected, both keys worked perfectly. I would highly recommend "Easy key.com" to anyone and everyone that needs a key replaced.

Company sent the wrong key. I returned the key, along with an explanatory letter, asking for the correct key. The explanatory letter included a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to send the new key. I also emailed them with the original letter and packing slip asking for the correct key. I called their customer service letter who stated they didn't receive the letter, although I have not had it returned and I confirmed the address was correct. I was informed I should have gone through Amazon as the fulfilling agent and without the letter and returned key, I would have to pay for a second key. Four months later I still have no key. Really? The customer service was quite rude.

They sent me a key that matched the number on my lock exactly but would not enter the keyhole. They make you pay shipping back and charge a restock fee that more than wipes out any refund. Don't waste your money. Shady business.

Horrible bought a snap on key from them and it would not even enter. They don’t allow free shipping back. Worst experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Seems that Fireking uses a Medco hard to get made type of key. I tried several local place and they all did not know what it was or could not cut it. I reached out to the fireking company and I thought that they were kidding when they quoted the price. They were serious.
I found this company somehow and decided to take a look. Their web site was easy to navigate even for a non technical person. I see that they offered some diffrent levels of pricing. 1 was close to the price as the fire king company and another more reasonably priced key. I forget what it said but they kinda explained it but my thought is I just need a key that works. As long as it works who cares?
The process was easy & paying was seamless. The key arrived lighning fast and was well packed.
And (drum roll please) it worked like my only other key.
No more driving around, wasting time & gas.
So Easy even I pulled it off.
You guys got it going on.

Ordered spare keys for my Suzuki Outboard based on key number and pictures of key. Keys were shipped very quickly. Wasn't able to get down to boat immediately to test the keys. Customer service answered my email quickly when I had a question if they would work. Just tested them today and they work perfectly. EasyKeys did a great job from start to finish and even post sale. Fantastic customer service. I will use them again without hesitation.
