Very helpful staff in store. Took time to find out what we wanted, look at the range and make suggestions to help us find the right shower set up. Quick order turn around and we are very happy with the quality of the items and the price we paid.

I used Easy Bathrooms to supply the items required to refit a family bathroom, an ensuite bathroom and a cloakroom. Bailey came to my house took all the measurements and created CAD drawings for each room. Havant has a limited selection of items to view so he recommended we visit the Fareham showroom as they have much more to offer.

I selected the items, Bailey provided design drawings and a quote and I placed the order. The items arrived as agreed. On inspection one item was broken but it was replaced within a few days.

Easy Bathrooms offer an installation service but it was very expensive. I received quotes from 4 independent contractors who were 40-50% the cost of Easy. Additionally I was advised that an Easy installation does not include any painting whilst each independent fitter included that in their quotes!

The 3 rooms have been completed and I am very satisfied with the results and the quality and price of the Easy Bathrooms products.

I would recommend that you confirm with your fitter that all items Easy quote for are actually necessary prior to placing the order, as I was offered several items on the quotation which the fitter said he supplies, so removed them from the order. Additionally on delivery of the products you should unpack them all and check for any damage as their returns policy is quite time limited and you need them in advance of your installation date.

Local staff were great but their central customer service are not only unhelpful they are dishonest - we are missing half of our tile order - they were not delivered and customer service attitude is you can buy some more at a discount! They fob you off saying their stocks are right and completley ignore consumer rights law so we are having to take them to court - be very careful dealing with this company their logistics are terrible (we had already had to sort out the wrong parts being delivered) and their attitude is 'we've had your money so on yer bike' I have never experienced such a blatently poor approach to missing goods by a company, no wonder they demand payment in advance!
I will update this review once our court process is complete.

This is 2nd time I am using easybathroom Slough. Sarah and Russ were so helpful right from start to finish. I highly recommand them.

Visited Easy Bathrooms due to the large showroom after visiting a few others. Their range is fantastic in comparison, and we were pleased that we could browse without being followed around the store. Spoke with Karen who arranged to come and measure up, then visited her for planning. She was outstanding, very helpful, great service, communication was spot on and just generally could not praise her enough. Really recommend the company, Karen was open and honest, helpful when a few things had to be changed and gave invaluable advice. Love our new bathroom, it is exactly what we wanted and quality is great. Thanks again

Excellent service. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Quality of goods superb. I was unhappy (my fault) with the purchase of a toilet and the staff were very good in helping me to exchange it for another one. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.

I bought items for two bathrooms from a wide range all of which was in stock. It is all fitted now, working well and I’m happy with the quality. Staff are friendly and helpful (I visited shops in Birmingham and Bristol) and the brochure and website are comprehensive and easy to use. There are some things that reduce the rating to four stars. There is a confusing naming system. None of the items delivered (shower trays and doors, glass panels, toilet, etc. have the same name on the invoice or packaging as that used in the brochure and the display. So checking delivery is difficult. Some items on display are not properly assembled which does not inspire confidence. Otherwise fine experience.

We went to many Bathroom shops and wasn’t satisfied we went to easy bathrooms in Brentford and was welcomed by Saabir right from the start Saabir went above and beyond helping us with a bathroom suite matching our colour scheme all the other stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a bathroom suite and tiles to use easy bathroom.Saabir definitely didn’t disappoint.

Over the course of a year of getting various design layouts and doing our own, the staff at EasyBathrooms & Tiles have been very accommodating & a lot of patience in helping us choose our new bathroom suite, fixtures and fitting. Special shoutout to The Manager Morgan who helped tremendously with either the odd missing part or swapping for alternative where necessary.

Just wanted to say how great the staff are at EasyBathrooms Rayleigh. We would especially like to thank Phillip who has spent time with us on a few occasions now and has been incredibly helpful each time. All the staff that we have spoken to have been knowledgeable and friendly and always happy to offer help and advice whenever needed. Rayleigh is by no means our closest store but definitely our preferred and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks also to Kai today for helping us with our tiles.

Caitlin and the rest of the Petersfield team were super helpful. So much so that we ended up buying more material for our bathroom remodeling from them.
Very flexible, full of ideas, patient and even helped load what were heavy tiles into the car. We would definitely use them again.

We were all so impressed with the Aintree Branch showroom: great range of products, good quality, inspiring displays and clear pricing. Within our group we had two elderly parents (86 and 93) so it was a bit daunting at first but Stuart (Aintree Branch) was absolutely brilliant with us. He gave us time to look for ourselves and then gave us good advice and offered suggestions where appropriate. He was very patient and considerate with my parents which we all appreciated. His suggestions were often exactly what we wanted, for example, he suggested a mirror that was perfect. He provided a quote the same day along with plans and realistic photo designs of the bathroom. He was available on the phone to discuss any changes, payment etc and he really was vital in making this such a positive experience. The showroom is massive and a bit daunting at first but the sales staff bring it to life with the aim of getting exactly what you want. No pushy sales techniques, no slick patter; just honest, expert advice from a professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Bathrooms. Thank you Stuart.

Tiles arrived on time but postage was insane
Tiles were good value in the sale but £85 postage for 24 tiles was crazy, especially as we couldn't just get them delivered to a store and pick them up from there.

Very happy with the quality of the items we ordered. Abi at the Rotherham branch had some great ideas for the layout. Joe Owen, one of the recommended fitters, did a great job and also made some brilliant suggestions and we are delighted with the finished result. Thank you to all concerned.

Very friendly and helpful advice whilst perusing the showroom (and they have a LOT of bathroom furniture on display). No pressure advice. When I decided what I wanted the salesman (Anish, St Albans store) was very efficient and helpful in ordering/delivering. He also have me great advice on fitting (I did it myself). Couldn’t be happier to be honest.
