Our delivery driver was very friendly and helpful!

The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped into the Wakefield store and Alex couldn’t do enough for us👍 we weren’t rushed and he talked about what we were looking for and showed us all round the showroom. We could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

The sales advisor who dealt with my purchase was helpful and very pleasant. I purchased an offset quadrant shower enclosure as part of a complete shower room refit. Pleased with the quality and delivery driver was particularly helpful.

Having never heard of Easy Bathrooms, we didn’t know what to expect. No need to worry, everything in the store was beautifuly set out. Lots of choice, all the produce was tastefully displayed, with excellent colour coordination.

The sales advisor allowed us to look around at our own pace, but he was there as soon as we needed help.

Neil (not sure of surname) gave us good advice. Helped us to get the best from our chosen bathroom. He had very little to go on, but ordered and listed, along with the cost of the materials we would need. All very straightforward. A convenient delivery date was arranged.

Also the materials were delivered early in the day, which was helpful for our fitter Mariusz.

The staff are polite and respectful. Absolutely no complaints. Would go back, and recommend to friends and family.

Our experience started really well in terms of designing and picking out the products and tiles we wanted. It all went down hill when we firstly had the wrong tiles delivered causing a delay in finishing our bathroom renovation.
Secondly we were not informed of small important things that we needed such as pipes and accessories (which would’ve been nice to ask or mention during the consultation) again causing a delay in the fitting of our bathroom as we had no idea what sort of other extras we needed.
When we had the tiles we thought were correct delivered they turned up at 6:50am! Again, wrong tiles and we’re told the correct ones were coming Saturday. Never arrived and then told Monday, never arrived. Went into Sutton Coldfield store when the store manager actually damaged and drove into my boyfriend’s van. Stated as it was Sunday no one would be around to answer our queries.
I even had an email from a silly delivery driver stating they had delivered our tiles over the weekend, attached with a photo of his foot in the van, which the tiles were NOT delivered!
Communication has been an absolute shambles and weirdly we actually were recommended easy bathrooms by our fitter. Being told one thing then another from various different people on the phone. No one really bothered about making our situation better.
We were billed with a bathroom invoice of £800 from our fitter due to a delay in the delivery of the rest of our bathroom tiles which I was told easy bathrooms would cover. Haha more fool me, they did not. They gave me £250.
I give them a 2 star due to the product designs and quality.

Terrible service, the fitter put two large holes in my wall leading to outside then the repair isn’t straight. Walls got damaged around the house, he cut tiles in the babies bedroom and didn’t ask if that was ok, the soil pipe is still not in straight, radiator leaks,mirror is damaged, he drilled a hole into a cable and left us with no power to the whole house all night or heating ( we had a baby) the whole experience has been non professional and the feeling of take the money and run. The girl in the shop is lovely, the team around her are shocking. Still waiting 2month later for the snags to be dealt with.

Good products, good service, very good company to deal with

Very helpful with ordering a replacement toilet seat. Great customer service.

2-3 weeks late delivery, and won't let me return unopened boxes of tiles rubbish

Helen was super helpful and lovely to speak to! We were able to get the prettiest tiles for a great price! Definitely will be returning.

It took them 8 months, 65 emails/WhatsApp messages and 38 telephone calls to resolve installation issues including electrics in the wrong place so could not be used. There is no doubt that without my persistence they would have avoided all responsibility.

We were really impressed with easy bathrooms. Craig especially was so helpful he came out to our house took photos of the bathroom then put it onto a picture to show us how it would look. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you. Lynda &Dave

Both ladies in your Skelton depot were excellent. Wet room now complete and very happy with the outcome

No high pressure sales, but good knowledge of staff of option to inform final choice.

Good selection and well laid out display

Went in last week to look at options for remodelling our bathroom. Scott at the Durham branch was extremely helpful and kind. He walked us through all the options for what we were looking for and helped us design an lovely new bathroom. The process so far has been excellent - looking forward to enjoy the remodel!

There is so much to choose from in Easy Bathrooms that we were spoilt for choice!
Karen was exceptionally helpful, designing several different layouts until we settled on one. She was so knowledgeable about the products and how items would look together.
We were well informed of delivery date and time and that was really straightforward.
Now that the bathroom is fitted it looks amazing!
