The driver seems to be a sort of wheeler dealer finding problems with the packaging and asking for cash in hand to collect it, making it look like he’s doing me a favour……
Will never use them again
Plus their office phone number is a premium line but nobody will unswer so better no bother to call them. For 13min of waiting I’ve been charged £8…..with no unswer.

Pick up: Driver blamed me for road works and being late, packaging too large (should I cut my stereo system in two?). Absolutely no shame in talking to clients like that.
Avoid!
One star because the null star option is not available. Rude, unprofessional and liars. “Door to door” service and they put a 70 year old woman carry 50kg up the stairs because the driver “was in a hurry”. Not to mention that took forever to deliver. Avoid at all costs!!!
Avoid, stolen items
I wish there was an option for no stars! Please avoid Eastlines! I sent two parcels from UK to Romania and they stole 2 pairs of kids trainers (Nike) from one of the parcels. I have submitted my complain with the receipt on how much I paid for the trainers and photos on how the tape was cut and resealed by them with a different tape.
They said that they could not find the items (of course), these were declared lost and they told me that I will get £20 refund. Until this day I had no refund even though I have sent numerous emails, as the Eastlines operators are not dealing with complaints (useless). No other telephone no, no email response, no refund (although I lost far more then this)!
I am gutted, so unprofessional!
Very disappointed with their services
Very disappointed with their services. It's not the first time we are using their services, we had delays in the past, but this time it is just ridiculous and no one is taking any responsibility for the delay. I've been promised a few days ago to get the delivery and every day I call to chase and no one knows anything about the parcels. All I get is "it will be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow" and it is still not here.
No responsibility taken, no option or compensation given! Very bad experience!!!

Avoid at all costs . The company is soo bad I had to take 2 days of work and twice they didn’t turn up so I’d lost £500 just by that ! Very untrustworthy, packages arrives open and items missing from inside .
This is second time I’m using them and thy don’t care about punctuality! The collection guys looking very suspicious without high visibility vests etc etc !

I use this parcel transport for many years on the route London-Romania but this year they been dissepointed me so bad beside the different price charge write On the site and other price On colecting the parcel Anyway I send in march 2021 another parcel and I put the ensurance value of the parcel £300 On the site when I was completing the order but the lady On the phone when she called me to confirm the order she sad to me to put a minimum amount of £35 cause On the border they will charge lots of money for the parcel and I will spend to much so she change my ensurance to a £35 VALUE so 13 days later my parcel end up at the destination totaly distroyed with Item missing from inside and when I called to complaine about what happend the lady On the phone told me I don t have ensurance On my parcel and it was my fault that the parcel been distroyed because I didn t packed Well the parcel and she sad she didn t Take responsability for that!!!
I am dissepointed and desguisting about the services never ever gone use it again!!!!

After 6 years they went down the hill
After 6 years they went down the hill. Year by year the services became worse and worse until I had to stop using them.
Made an appointment for a pick up, got called that I need to pay some extra taxes - although it wasn't specified on their website, agreed to pay it although it didn't made that much sense, only to get a call from the driver that we waits for me outside to drop my parcel, so much for the "door to door" services, because "the company won't let him enter the building". Hilarious services with a waste of money and a waste of time.

Numai folositi aceasta companie. Am trimis un pachet din Londra in Romania. Cand trimiteti pachetu o sa vi se comunice ca vor fi taxe vamale suplimentare. Dupa ce trimiteti pachetu o sa primiti un mail sa mai achitati o suma de £14.50 care reprezinta taxe vamale pentru valoarea pachetului.
Noi am citi legea si specifica clar ca exista aceste taxe vamale de 2.5% ce depaseste 45 Euro. La pachetu nostru de £55 peste 45 am platit o taxa de 14.50 mai mult de atat fratele meu a trimis un pachet cu o valoare de £20 si tot 14.50 a trebuit sa plateasca. Este clar un spam al companiei. O sa facem complain si autoritatile competente ptr firmele de curierat.
NU MAI TRIMITETI CU EASTLINE.

I used them few times now and are really professional. I missed being home and they kept my delivery in the warehouse as needed . Good customer service and nice polite drivers . Will use again .

Overcharged for my parcel after I placed the order online with the corect dimensions ,the customer service representative was extremely rude when I contacted them.
Paid late evening collection and the only time they were able to collect was in the afternoon. Why would you sell a service that you can't commit to. Paid for a 4-6 day delivery and delivery was done in over 10days.
I would use Post office services than this ridiculously Romanian style company.

I sent a package and i paid for a special delivery for up to 5 days to arrive and after a week the parcel just left UK ..!
When i asked what is going on the agent said that "sorry but we didn't promised you nothing " dont worry the parcel will be there in 10 days anyway

They are miserable and very rude, they want to make money laziness on the back of people's .
I sent a few days ago a package with Eastlines a parcel from Romania to UK and taking over the package was made through a local company FanCourier, other jerks, but I do not go into details on how they take the parcel.
The package was sent to the Eastlines office from Rm Valcea of the subsidiary UK Logistic company and they opened my package (violation of correspondence) and then returned it to me on the grounds that it had food in it, that could not be transported in UK, stories, the products were solid individually packaged very well .
Why they bother to transport the parcel in UK to earn about £ 40, if they can request the equivalent of £ 20, as redemption on my products from the parcel, without providing the invoice or any proof, under the pretext that they need to pay on Fancourier the return of parcel from Eastlines-Rm Valcea back at my address, which in certain case having a contract signed with Fancourier did not pay such a tariff, most likely the return of the package being zero.
Avoid this parcel transport company and as a tip, ask before ordering anything which company takes over and delivers the package in another country, because if there are two different transport companies they will always blame each other for damage of the package, delivery delays , etc

Very poor service - my pachage has arrived opened, badly repackaged and cut with a knife. I sent a Samsonite luggage wrapped, then placed in a carton box as per the guidelines - they refused to pay any damages even if it was obvious the luggage was cut on purpose with a knife. Horrible service and very poor service! Would not recommend this company ever again to anyone

I used them once and that is. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I went to their warehouse on the 14th of november, I paid them and they told me that the parcel will arrive on Thursday the 19th.
By Monday the 23rd the parcel did not arrive. On Tuesday I called them they told me they will find out what happened with the parcel.
On Wednesday I called again and they told me they will delivered soon.
On Thursday the 26th I called them again and they told me the parcel is damaged because I did not pack it properly, it was my fault not theirs.
They delivered it in Friday the 27th, , they changed the box I sent it because my box was damaged.
They didnot call me to tell me the parcel is damaged or that the parcel will be late.
