A very efficient and skilful service. I visited the centre in Haunch Lane Kings Heath for wax removal today. I was impressed by the smart, clean premises and friendly reception. I was seen promptly and the removal was comfortable and very effective. It helped to have everything explained so clearly. Highly recommended

I had had problems with a blocked ear…
I had had problems with a blocked ear for the last 3 weeks. I had a holiday flight so the closer it got the more concerned i became about my ear. After 3 unsuccessful microsuction sessions with another company i made an appointment to see Mr Kazir. He was very reassuring and confident that he could help and he instantly made me feel much better, following the previous attempts. He used water to clear my ear and his camera, reassurance, and professionalism were far superior to the other company. I would definitely use this company again and i think it is especially good for anyone who may feel a bit nervous. I can bow happily get on my flight and have a much more pleasurable holiday with my hearing working fully again.

Excellent treatment from a caring practitioner.
I first accessed treatment from this company just over 12 months ago and was most impressed with the prompt, caring and professional approach. When I began to experience similar symptoms, I was able to book within a few hours and received the same excellent treatment as before. I highly recommend the treatment offered by this company and will continue to access their service.

Wow! All I can say is what a great experience. After suffering with my ear for 2 weeks. I booked a same day appointment with the ever so friendly Jenny. Appointment was in and out within 20 minutes and completely healed. Dr explained everything and showed all the camera footage! Healed in minutes! Thanks so much!

MY 4TH VISIT .CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT HIGHLY ENOUGH. ALWAYS COME AWAY WITH RENEWED HEARING AS I SUFFER FROM TINNITUS AND TREATMENT SAVES ME FROM THIS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DISABILITY.

Lovely friendly service
My 9 year old has been having trouble with his ears for over a year & being given antibiotics from the doctors, booked an appointment at the stourbridge branch, lovely consultant explained the procedure to my son, quick & painless, my son loved watching the video of his wax removal, this has now resolved the problem so no more unnecessary antibiotics for him

Earwax removal Specialists in Stourbridge
Jenny greeted us at reception, she was a lovely and courteous young lady.
Mr Khizar was a very polite and courteous young gentleman, he made us feel very welcome.
He explained the procedure of how the eardrum sheds it's layer of skin every few months etc... it is something that I never even knew.
My mum has Alzheimers and the suction procedure he used didn't hurt her at all.
Thank you Mr. Khizar we will book again for 12mths time as you advised.
We went to the Stourbridge practice.
