We’ve checked your case, and the reason you haven’t received the reward yet is that the offer didn’t track on the offerwall’s side.
In situations like this, we unfortunately cannot credit the task ourselves. The offerwall must first verify and approve the completion. This is why our support team directed you to submit your proof to the offerwall and wait for their review.
I understand it’s disappointing, especially after spending your own money, but we’re not able to override the offerwall’s decision or speed up their internal process. As soon as they confirm your completion, the reward will be automatically credited to your EarnLab account.

Because all casino and high-value offers are processed and verified directly by the offerwall and the advertiser, not by EarnLab, we can only credit rewards that are successfully tracked in their system.
If the advertiser does not send us a confirmation, we do not receive any reward to pass on to you.

After a couple of month
After a couple of month, they stopped to pay any offer, loss a lot of money and nothing else at least. Looks like, pay initially to get you do a lot more after that no money back to you. It's so easy for this kind of platforms to say "is not our problem, write to the wall ad" and the wall ad doesn't give you answer, so why did you promote this wall if they don't pay and don't give assistance? Maybe because you are part of them. I 'm waiting answer for more than 2 offers that have to gave me near 200 dollars....

In your case, our system shows that the only reply you received from us was the automated message explaining how to contact the offerwall’s support team for missing credits. We haven’t received a direct conversation with our Support Team regarding these specific offers, and we’re always ready to help you with this process.

Have a phone with a good selfie (front/screen) camera & you're all set
No stupid antiquated obsolete phone verification procedure to cash out points. EarnLab 3rd party uses my camera, which then meticulously captures my face data, which is better than phone verification. Not foolproof, but just rigorous enough to be an acceptable means of verifying human users and ensuring fraud checks/so forth. No reason to need a phone number to get money earned, it's nice to have though. FIVE STARS for the wealth of opportunity, I just hope that, if the verification procedure needs to occur again, I can use the front camera, have the app METICULOUSLY scan my face, and finish the verification that way. Very fast payouts through TREMENDOUS, I don't mind paying a fee to get money now AT ALL. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, EarnLab. EarnLab is what GrabPoints were, before they royally messed up with botching fraud check, indiscriminately dismissing accounts in great standing because of numbers misclassified as VoIP, mine included. EarnLab is great, and I will continue for as long as they'll have me.
